Situated in the peaceful heart of Central Switzerland on the sunny shore of the Vierwaldstättersee, within easy reach of Lucerne and Zurich.
The "Alexander" offers different menus every day, table d'hôte and à la carte. The "Gerbi" is a gourmet restaurant, specializing in freshly caught fish from the lake.
Heated swimming pool in the garden. Public indoor pool with free access direct from the hotel. Own beach. All kinds of water sports. Bicycles. Table tennis. Tennis in adjacent hotel. Full entertainment programme.

The hotel itself was in an excellent setting, and was well located in Weggis. Many amenities attached to the hotel, e.g. saunas, indoor pool, and wellness facilities. The most important aspect was that the room we stayed in was very clean. The breakfast was copious, and in all, a well run family hotel.
