Bathroon floor had dried urine stains around the toilet. Other than that, the room appreared to be clean. The air conditioning unit in our room was broken. We had no air. It was very hot. Opened the windows but there were no screens in the windows and we had children in the room.

Windsor inn is very poor. The Hotel is long from the Metro station, especially in the winter season. What it is very important thing, it is very cold. There are NO the radiator, NO the thermostat in the many rooms. They say it is a central heating radiators, but it doesn't work well. We had a baby, So we request the room is needed warmer more than, but they only said " Go your room, and wait". The only warmer in the room is very small wall hangings-heater, such as air conditioner. I wish Everybody don't go that poor hotel.

I was really pleased with the hotel. It has a very good location, actually I walked to the White House area a few times. Breakfast service was great, and the people at the hotel were always open to help us with directions and others. The only thing that could have been better is that they could have told us that the bathroom sink was actually in the same physical space as the beds. Thanks for a great stay!

Good quality/price relation. Good location. Is not a great hotel, but suitable for a group of friends and with a proper price

I found the Windsor Inn to be very homey. Definitely not for those that prefer a Hilton. More for the funky, slightly adventurous set. I loved the whole "meet around the dining table for breakfast" thing. Warning: beds were about as comfortable as sleeping on the floor. Location was great, as long as you don't mind walking a few blocks to Metro. Parking was a hassle, so best to not have a car.

Fairly good hotel, but a little too far from the nearest underground station.

We stayed three days on May 2008. The service was good. The room was very small, but it was enough for us. The locations is excellent. We had many opportunieties to going to restaurants and to visiting city, because the subway is close and the next streets are full of restaurants. Very interesting Cactus Cantina. We don't recommend mediterian cuisine next to Cactus Cantina - nothing special.
