Henley Park Hotel - Washington

Our room was just around the corner from Massachusetts Avenue, which was quite noisy at night (and I'm from New York!) Also, there was construction on 10th Street (where we faced) which began at 7 am Saturday morning. Another room in another part of the hotel might be quieter. Also the rooms are small. We didn't mind as we were just there for the weekend but when they say "European" they mean it. I would probably find them too small for a week's stay.

We stayed at Henley Park while attending a concert at the Verizon Center. We appreciated the uniqueness of this non chain hotel. Beautiful inside & out. Our room was quite small but elegantly decorated. I was a bit surprised that the female receptionists couldn't help us with restaurants. My only recommendation would be to have morning coffee available in the sitting room for the patrons. That would have made our stay "perfect". I highly recommend this hotel!

Pleasant, informative staff. Could use a larger table for the coffee pot/ computer table. Otherwise, a lovely room.

Nice hotel. Great location. A bit pricey and old (albeit fully renovated).

I enjoyed my stay at this Hotel, it has very pleasant rooms (adequate space and clean)and delightful restaurant!

It was our first time, but I think I´ll return next time, because it´s a beautifull a well ubicated hotel. Thank You very much!!

We had a very good room, it is really a 4stars hotel. unfortunatly there were a lot of noise always, because on 8th flood we were very near air conditioning system. the swimming pool is half mile away in other hotel, outside and very poor!!

An elegant hotel in a good location. Spacious room. Couldn't get the wi fi to work but as I was only staying one night I didn't pursue this. Didn't use the hotel restaurant so can't comment.

Las habitaciones eran muy correctas si bien estaba todo muy antiguo, sobretodo el cuarto de bano. Habia mucho ruido desde muy temprano por la manana puesto que estan construyendo un edificio justo al lado del hotel y empezaban a trabajar a las 6:00 a.m.

Rooms where a little bland.

Sólo estuve dos noches, pero cuando llegue la segunda noche, no me habian limpiado la habitación. Si te toca una habitación que da a la calle, es bastante ruidosa.

Excellent accommodations and very pleasant staff -- I will stay there again if possible.

There was a problem: Venere confirmed my reservation, but the hotel didn't have a record of it. They were able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I had the impression that the rate I received from Venere was much lower than their regular rate, so that while they seemed somewhat reluctant to honor it, they did. Also, it was pointed out to me that they were a three-star hotel, not a four-star as listed on Venere, although the restaurant was a four-star restaurant.
