My wife and I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and in Warzaw during 4 days of oktober 2008. This hotel gives great value for money, lies in a quiet street with walking distance to tram and bus stops. Only one or two tram stops from the old town of Warzaw. Highly recommendable place to stay on your trip to Warzaw.

I found Hetman hotel is not good as I was expected. The room Space is very little. There is no any mini bar no fridge. They don't clean room everyday. The quality of room and price is not acceptable. The price is high but room facilities is 1% overall.

I stayed in Warsaw for only one night but the hotel was really helpful, gave me directions to the Old Town, which is only a 10 or 15 minute walk away. The next day they helped me find some attractions and gave me a tour book that had do it yourself walking tours that really allowed me to see the city.

A clean, nice and quiet hotel, close to the old town of Warszaw - just one stop away by the tram line. Ve - a married couple in the fifties - have absolutely no complaints, and can fully recommend this hotel to others. Very nice breakfast. Friendly english speaking staff.

lovely hotel - some staff quite surly still don't understand customer service when I asked for something to be repeated as I didn't understand what was being said I was told that I have told you once already by a female receptionist

A lovely hotel in a good location - just 2 tram stops from the Old Town. Excellent, very friendly staff with great English skills who helped with local information and car hire.
