Castle Inn - Warsaw

Good location for sightseeing, very nice rooms. maybe TV could be more international and internet on the rooms would be also nice,

My staying was basically OK though with some minor problems. The window of my room wasn't closing properly which left a bit of cold air into the room. There was a difference in the price for breakfast (they were charging 29plz but did not make any problem accepting 20 when I showed the booking... Also breakfast is served from 8, which I find a bit late if you have working meetings. Other than this, the hotel is located in the centre of the old town and is a great location if you want to enjoy the touristic side of Warsaw.

Top spot, absolutely the best location. Staff were helpful and we would stay there again, as well as recommending it to all our friends. The only criticisms are that there was inadequate lighting in our room - a fairly common problem and the knob on our bed kept falling off.

I stayed in a single occupancy room for one night in Jun'10. The location of this Inn is unbeatable - right in the middle of Old town! The only downside: no A/C and it gets warm in Warsaw in June! Opening windows at night did help the room ventilation, but ofcourse d/t location, it's slightly noisy! Having said that; the staff are very sweet/helpful. The bathroom (although tiny with such a small sink that water drips on the floor inevitably) is sparkling clean with good shower pressure. I'd stay here again d/t location being un-matched - but only when the weather isn't too warm :)

If you stay in Warsaw, It is the best location you can stay in the Old Town. Excellent room and very very very nice staff. We enjoy every day. And ..... we come back!

The Castle Inn is a modern, comfortable hotel with basic amenities and huge rooms. Public areas are basic but are comfortable, well-decorated, and very clean. The modern shower had all of the adjustable water jets that you could imagine, and included a built-in, waterproof music system and speaker. There are 3 things that make this hotel stand out: one is the perfect location, with the closest views of the castle and square, and just steps away from the old town area. Another is the staff, who were very helpful and friendly, and kindly spoke English as I knew no Polish. Third is the decor, with wonderful eclectic and antique-looking furniture. The front door is a bit hard to find, so be sure to look at the hotel's web page carefully. The taxi area is only about 100 meters away, and is directly visible from the front door. Overall, this was a very nice place, suitable for relaxed traveling, in an ideal location and priced very reasonably. I would highly recommend it.

We preferred to have breakfast in restaurants . Very convenient position for sightseeing - walking and plenty of buses. Good bus service to Chopin airport within walking distance. First 2 nights in a very bizzarely decorated bedroom not enjoyed,remainder of stay in more normal furnished room.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Very warm rooms - we had to keep the windows open which made it very noisy with the main square noises and bell ringing just outside.

Our only complaint was that the shower didn't drain quickly enough. The room was noisy, but it was also right on the square (which we loved). The staff were VERY helpful and friendly.

Very put off because staff refused to accept credit card which was used at Britol Meridien on the same day. We told them that. It was very embaraasing. The decor of the room was awful and scary. Too many steps and dark near the exit. My husband fell.

Consigliatissimo, in pienissimo centro storico, si fa tutto a piedi. Accoglienza ottima, stanze pulitissime, grande bagno in camera, tutto appena ristrutturato e non come si vede dalle foto in cui sembra un pò "vecchio". Lunga attesa per la colazione in quanto pochi posti disponibili, ma nei dintorni è pieno di bar.

A very beautiful little hotel in the middle of the old town of Warszawa. it met my standard and my opinion and I loved it at once.
