Hotel Etruria is a small Bed & Breakfast located in the historical center of Volterra, in the main shopping street , 100 meters from the famous Piazza dei Priori and near the Etruscan Museum, the Pinacoteca and the Roman Theatre. It 's a small hotel run by the owners, who work with passion every day to give their guests a warm, informal and familiar service; They will give you suggestion and help you to discover the beauties of Volterra and the beautiful surroundings. San Gimignano , Siena, Pisa, Florence and the coast are easily accessible by car. The bus station and parking are only 100 meters away from the Hotel.

The building of hotel was built in 700, and refurbished in recent years. The 21 rooms can vary in size, decor and views, but all rooms have private bathrooms , Wi-Fi , TV, telephone. Hotel Etruria is the only hotel in the center of Volterra with a lovely garden where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the roofs and monuments of the beautiful Etruscan city. Large buffet breakfast with fresh product is available for the guest as well as free internet point.

Staff were great, helpful and friendly. Wifi was not available in our room :( but we got access in the dining area. Bedspread was not fresh. Great location. Volterra is yet unspoiled by tourists...but for how long???

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. It was a great experience to live in the center of the old town even if it was quite noisy. The staff was very eager to stisfy our needs and help us with advices etc..

Nice little hotel in the middle of Volterra. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the hotel was pretty easy to find. The only thing, I have to criticize is, that I found some hair of the guest before in the shower, which was actually not so fine ... but all in all I can recommend Albergo Etruria - at least for a short stay.

The ladies at the reception are very kind and smiling; the room was cosy. We stayed in a double just for one night. The hotel is located in the very center and against the noise of the street you can easily close the window ;) If you get Volterra by car, there are several parking outside the city walls where leave the car and, if you are lucky, you can find a free parking (we parked near Porta San Lino for free). Then the hotel is easily accessible. I really liked the breakfast and we enjoyed the garden on the roof, nice and particular idea! Thanks :)
