Not in vogogna it self but near main road but no traffic noise. Diffcult to find in the dark as enterance thro car park retail outlet to see sign.

This hotel is closer to a 3 star than a four star, the accomodation, quality of service and catering was of a much poorer standard than the 4 star hotel we stayed at in Bergamo. We had 3 rooms and none of the shower fittings were functional in any of them. The breakfast was of a poor quality, the bread was generally hard, fruit salad was either tinned or looked like it was left over from dinner and we often had to ask the begruding staff to replenish basics such as water.

We had the bad feeling that the hotel was not yet open : room not ready, staff not ready. As a family (child + baby) who needs quiet environment, we had the chance to have the nearest room from the bar where a singer had animated the bar for a long part of the night. And above all, an unacceptable behaviour of the waiter for dinner : not welcoming, agressive with all people in the place. I wish we had left the restaurant before ordering and find another restaurant if we did not have our child hungry.

Location: Difficult to find, coming from the motorway, arriving at the roundebound there should be at least a sign telling you where the hotel is located. Rooms: Really impressed by the big and up to date nicely decorated room, very good bed, big and clean bathroom, ++++ On the other hand we expected much more of the hotels 'restaurant', you can not call this a restaurant, its just a big party/conference area where they put some tables, never seen a hand written 'menu' without prices!!! ---- As we traveled with a motorcycle, there is a huge secured underground garage under the hotel, free of charge! +++++

Very stylish and some kind of avantgarde. Car parking near room like a motel. Spacious rooms. Very friendly staff, helpful informations by front desk/reception. Restaurant friednly staff, but too stylish: not a cosy place. Surrounding is industrial area, but close to Autostrada. Nature places very close, fine place to start tours to Lago Maggiore (about 30 Minutes), Monterosa mountain and other Alpes sceneries. Over all: really great place, friendly staff, we enjoyed the stay very much.

This is a quiet, clean hotel with good facilities. It is about 20 minutes from Lake Maggiore. It was not well signposted and the outside appearance does not reflect the quality of the interior. The breakfast was satisfactory.

The hotel has excellent large rooms and we used it as a touring base for Lake Maggiore which is only 20 minutes away by car.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 10 a.m.
