I received a pleasant welcome on arrival. The hotel manager speaks good English, the other staff do not. The hotel is in need of some modernisation & redecoration. My room whilst spacious was not a place I would have liked to spend much time in other than to sleep. Breakfast is typically Italian, coffee & sweet cake. The hotel is close to the 2 main streets in Viterbo & the city exit. Parking is non existant close to the hotel.
