A lovely hotel with excellent and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was very good. I did not eat a meal at the restaurant, so I am unable to comment on the quality of the food.

Nice small hotel with a family atmosphere. A room was pretty basic, but everything very clean and comfortable. Bagnaia is a charming place, very close to the city of Viterbo.

Simple as promised. Price is correct for the service given. this hotel surely in the past offered a better service as now, but finally it can be considered more than sufficient. really interesting the visit to Villa Lante, not far from this hotel.

This hotel may be hard to find without a SatNav. It is 4km out of Viterbo in a 'suburb' of Viterbo, Bagnaia. Friendly staff - some English speaking. Large rooms, but old beds. Recently renovated bathroom. 6euro breakfast was a large buffet, but we found mould growing on some of the cakes so only ate the packaged foods.

The lady in charge was very friendly and welcoming and the choice and quality of food was excellent. The garden area was very pleasant and quiet to sit in. Full marks. I would have preferred not to answer the questions about public areas because the reception and restaurant were undergoing major alterations. The photographs on the web showed the restaurant which wasn't actually there - but this is not a complaint. I just don't feel I can choose a number from 0 to 10. Similarly I can't comment on the number of rooms or the type because all that mattered to us was that there was a room ro suit us at a reasnable price. It was a lovely surprise to fund we had a balcony. I have given the number 5 because I don't know what else to do. Wish the form would allow for leaving blanks. I found the map too diagrammatical when zoomed out and when zoomed in, the biggest difficulty with following it was that the street names on the map either don't physically appear on the streets or they can't be read in the dark from the seat of a car. More landmarks such as "level crossing" and "road bridge" between the old town and the new town would have been useful. The map could also have shown what the actual words on surrounding road signs actually were.

The hotel was difficult to find because the street signage was poor, but my hotel stay was a great experience especially because of the welcoming personality of the management. Bagnaia was a fascinating town which, had I not stayed at this hotel, I would have overlooked.

it was the first time. The hotel is familiar and near Viterbo. Bagnaia is a wonderful place. Breakfast is good and the hotel is near the train station. The room was warm, clean and large. I went by car and the hotel had its own parking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at the Biscetti Hotel. We checked in late at night after arriving on an intercontinental flight, and received an outstandingly warm welcome and helpful information. The room was pleasant, clean, and full value for the money. The location is perfect for people who are looking to discover the smaller towns and seeing the real Italy. it is located near some outstanding thermal baths that are worth checking out as well as an ancient city that you won't find on any of the big maps. Highly reccommended.

I spent 3 weeks traveling through Central Italy "da solo". I had booked 4 days at Hotel Biscetti, but I enjoyed the accommodations so much I stayed a 5th night. I probably would have altered my other tourist activities and stayed longer, had I not had reservations elsewhere. The hotel is family run and I felt very welcome and safe. It felt as though I had stepped back in time...but not so far back that I ended up in a Disneyland/fantasyland era. More like back to my childhood(1960/70's). Very unpretentious and authentic. The hostess, Michaela, is very knowledgable, was a delight to talk with (she is a sommelier, runs the hotel, speaks english, as well as several other languages) and made herself available to answer questions/give guidance regarding the amenities in the area and beyond. The room was clean and VERY spacious. Even though I was solo, I had a full king bed as well as a bathtub/shower...a welcome amenity when traveling through Italy on a budget!...and the price was very good! The hotel also has a wonderful restaurant. It was a delight to smell the food being prepared on the open fire each afternoon/evening. I felt as if I was part of a "REAL" Italian town rather than an just outside observer. I would definitely return to this hotel on a future trip to Italy. It is located within the quaint town of Bagnaia(which I loved) but very conveniently located to many major tourist attractions/cities, by foot, car or public transport. I HIGHLY recommend the Hotel Biscetti!
