Hotel Arcobaleno - Vimodrone, Milan

This hotel was very clean, breakfast was very nice, coffee made to your taste, hard boiled eggs, salami, cheese, hot from the oven pastry, cold cereal, all presented nicely. It was close to metro, had a tasty pizza place nearby, big stores to buy any thing close by within walking distance.The staff spoke several languages, and made great suggestions. Great value for the money! I'd go back and hope to!

The room was small and very noisy because was on the first floor near the street. The bathroom was very big and there was enough towels. The room was warm and was okey. The tv was really small. Overall: enough for one night but I would not want to stay more.

Room clean but the sheet has holes => they shoud buy another one. The doors and windows areold, so we heard the street => they have to change it. The hotel is located in an industrial area, it's safe but it's not very pleasant. The prices in Italy are very high. In this hotel not so much. The employees were top.

Free wireless connection in the room. Location is not the best if you are without a car. Subway station is only 2 minutes walking, but it is a dark road in the industrial area... I decided to stay in for that reason. Very close by, 2 minutes walink in the other direction, there is a big shopping centre where you can have a look a some shops and also find something to eat. Ideal if you want a quiet night in, catching up on your e-mails.

The only saving grace of this hotel was that it was only a few minutes walk to a metro station. Otherwise if you want to stay on an industrial estate this is the place to be.

Basic business hotel about 20 min drive from Linate Airport. In suburban industrial area. Very close 5 minute walk to the Metro which takes you right downtown. Pleasant staff -- not all the desk clerks speak English but they try hard.

An extremely well-located hotel for anyone on a motoring holiday who doesn't want all the hassle of driving or parking in central Milano, -because it's 5 minutes drive from the Tangentiale Est autostrada (which will get you to Lineate and Bergamo Orio al Serio airports quick), and only 4-5 minutes walk away from Cassina Burrona on the M2 (green) Linea Metropolitana, -with 20-25 minutes train into central Milano. Good value buffet breakfast. Spacious single room. A bit disappointed that using the secure hotel car park was quoted at an extra 5 Euros a night, but parking on the street was OK.
