At 139 Euro a night you get good quality corporate hotel with a strange space theme decor on the bedroom floors. Cisco is 45 seconds away & as I was working there for a week it was fine. Breakfast was huge & plentiful including an "English" breakfast. As Vimercate is NOT Milan transport to and from the City is not cheap for the budget traveller. But for Corporate accommodation (esp. for Cisco) it was excellent. A shopping arcade & cinema are next door but I was too busy to use it. I got a taxi from hotel to Cologno Nord 35 Euros (was expecting 30). I arrived via Gorgonzola Metro - NO TAXIS there so be warned!

I enjoyed my stay the room was well decorated , i had a twin room and did find the single beds a bit narrow. There is a mall and cinema within 5 minutes walk and a few cafe\bars as well . The area the hotel is located in is quite modern and lacking in atmosphere but was suitable for a business trip and close to main routes for Milan and the rest of Italy.
