The friendliest, most helpful staff I've ever encountered in any hotel, anywhere and I travel frequently. Evergthing about my stay here was just wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.

General experience: Quite good. Staff pleasant and always available. Room on 2nd floor, no lift. First stay in hotel. Cleanliness of room: very dirty carpet Competence of employees: Used glasses in room and bathroom were not changed without asking for it. Clean towels every day - superfluous.

Vingriai had one of the friendliest staffs that I've ever encountered, really adding value to the stay. The Hotel is a short walk from the Old Town and convenient to inter-city transportation. This hotel was superior in terms of rooms, value, and especially staff compared to others I've stayed at in the area.

I would definitely stay here again. Although it is a short & easy walk from the center of town, it is worth it to be in a quiet neighborhood. There are good restaurants in the vicinity. All of the staff members were excellent, maybe the best out of my 9-city vacation.

The hotel is definitely one of the smallest I've ever stayed. However, that did not make my stay less enjoyable. The location is convenient, a five minute walk takes you to the Town Hall. The receptionist spared neither his time nor effort in trying to help me to find addresses of some places I planned to visit. He also saw to that my motorcycle was safely parked in the backyard. The restaurant they advertise on the web pages was only open for breakfast. I understand the reasoning behind that (small hotel, plenty of restaurants around) and I did not find it an inconvenience as I had planned to eat in the town anyway. The reception and the rooms are on the 1st floor (one floor up from street level). I did not notice if there is an elevator so people with disabilities might want to check that before booking.

The hotel staff was TOTALLY good. I checked in at 8am and left my bag till about 5pm next day at no additional charge. Very sweet. The breakfast served was very nice and beautifully done)) Technically the place is a guest house not a hotel.
