The staff was great and very helpful from directions to old town, finding an ATM and response to problems with dialing out on the phone. The location is about a 15 minute walk to old town down one of the most elegant streets in Vilnius. The breakfast was super and the hotel restaurant had competitive prices. The restaurant stayed open until 11pm. Overall, a great experience.

Haviing booked the previous day, we were offered a suite at the internet price which was comfortable and spacious. The staff were excellent and a large selection for buffet breakfast was included in the price. The hotel is in a nice area but although it is 15-20 minutes walk from the Old Town. Overall, I was very pleased with the accommodation.
