The hotel very much was pleasant! The big numbers, the excellent affable personnel. The hotel to be in an excellent place - 2 minutes on foot to all basic sights!

Travelled with a friend. Hotel is fine, but in summer we found the rooms very hot and it was impossible to switch the bathroom radiators off. And take your own bath plug! Table-clearing over-eager at breakfast, plates/cups removed before we'd quite finished, but that happens in restaurants too.

Overall the stay was very nice, but at arrival we had to change one room right away because it had a terrible tobacco stink in it, even though we just checked the "non-smoking room" option at the check-in. Even the rooms which we got had ash trays in them for some reason. Seemed to me that non-smoking meant there that no-one isn't smoking in your room at the present time, but might as well have done that just before he left the room and you arrived...
