The shower did not work well - I could not get the water any less than burning hot so I could not take a proper shower. I just stayed for one night here but other than the shower I was pretty impressed by how nice it was for the very low price. Everything was clean and white and new, a good window for light that you could open, free wifi, a welcoming lobby, and a place to store your bags after you check-out. I was worried that I would feel unsafe coming back at night but at least as late as 11:30pm I felt fine - it's a very short walk to the RER and there were people in the hotel lobby checking in and hanging out still. However, it's a half hour train ride from Chatelet les Halles (where you can change to all the other metro and RER lines) and kind of in the middle of nowhere. If you are not planning on staying out late and you don't mind not being able to return to your room easily during the day then the far out location is fine.

Small rooms. I knew about the smallness. Beer expensive in sister hotel next door.4 star prices, most times 1 star service. Staff could be rude. Very little local amenities which I knew however I did not realize how little. Cheap for those on a budget. Perfect for airport overnight. Cleaners do not take no for an answer. I would still stay there again at that price.

the hotel is quite good, clean and cosy, but the location is awful. far away from the city centre. it will take you a lot of time to reach the main sights, though the RER station is behind the hotel. and if you're going to use public transport, be ready to spend a lot of money, 'cause the hotel is situated in the furthest zone. i won't recommend it to any of my friends.

The hotel according to the price is excellent. the staff is very kind. The only negative thing is that is a little bit far away from the centre of Paris and you need a train to go there that it costs 4 euros. However the train station is very close to the hotel. Also is very close to Aéroport-Charles-de-Gaulle. That's very usefull for those who need to travell early in the morning.

the room was very clean and actually very good if you like to stay just for the night! you got the chance to have right outside from the hotel, the RER whitch bring you everywhere in paris... but one bad note goose to the receptionist who works in the night... we arrived very late and the was not really helpfull to give us more simple information... like: at what time close the hotelbar or at what time close the RER... and everytime we went to ask something more... they was looking really disappointet..... so if you like to have more infos about the hotel or your stay... well find out from your self... will be better.

We only stayed one night at the Villepinte mainly due to the closeness of the metro station and to the Charles de Galle airport as we had a early flight the following day. We found the rooms to be neat and tidy, a little small but convenient for a nights stay . The staff were very welcoming and we were pleased with our choice.

It's cheap hotel I satyed this hotel for next early flight. No complain around bed but bathroom is so bad. mirror is inclined and there were no light bulbs in the washroom and arond bed... Shower room was so bad, just exist shower and curtain on the concrete. No ventilation fan. In addition, There was insect in the bath room! My room was 0st foor. There was no sun light and outside is parking, so I coudn't open the windows. I don't recommend for women. For me I would like to another hotel if I pay more money.

It was our second time staying in this hotel. We arrived in the evening and had to check in at the reception of its sister hotel next door. The room is compact with two single beds and a bunk bed for child, a small table / chair, a compact bathroom / toilet, and a small TV. Free wifi access is provided. The room is clean with good isolation against aircraft taking off or landing. But be expected to the noise of very-late-arriving or very-early-leaving travellers. The connection to the airport is very good, with 5 minutes walk to the nearby RER station or 5km's drive to the terminals. Of course it is very much value for money. Excellent for a overnight stay for an early flight.

The hotel is exactly as advertised. Room and bathroom are very small but manageable for one night. Free internet access, but breakfast at additional cost. The best thing is its location close to Paris CDG airport and the RER station (5 min walk) that drops you off at 2 different stations for Paris CDG. You just need to know the terminal number for your airline. If not, this info is posted on the RER cabin windows. Much cheaper and faster than taking a cab to the airport, especially during working hours.

We happen to meet a lady staff who is not friendly & not service-oriented. She may be busy & too caught up with work in the morning but she is a front line staff & we do not think our question will hold up her work too much. I stayed one night because I had to wait for a flight from CDG-Airport and was not willing to pay the very high prices the airport-hotels cost. There should be hints in the hotel-description, how to come from CDG to the hotel by PT - possible by RER and bus (the cheaper way).

Excellent location. Surprised to see it's only 3 minutes walk from Parc des Exposition RER-B station. Remember to check other hotel for reception. Only drawback was that there's no market nearby, no restaurants/food court. The choice left for dinner was La Brasserie restaurant in the hotel, which was expensive considering the food. Breakfast buffet was good. Overall wonderful stay and will come back again.

The room is very nice and the hotel is really high-quality. And it is very convenient to go to the airport. The only disadvantage is there is no suitable restaurant nearby--the only one is a very expensive one in the hotel building. We walked for about 20 min to a fast food shop in cold windy evening with nobody on the road and everywhere nearly black.

This has to be one of the best kept secrets for Paris/CDG hotels for any traveller(s) who are trying to keep costs for visiting Paris reasonable. Get on the RER B line headed for CDG airport, get off at Parc Du Exposition station - one stop before CDG ter 1. Come out of the station, go LEFT toward the lights. In about 3 min you will see the the Premiere Classe and Kyriad Hotel. Ask for internet code for lobby. (+) Positives + Cheap, Cheap Cheap (try to imagine finding anything for double that amount in the dark corners around Gare du Nord, or even around Roissy near the airport!) + Excellent access to RER line which makes this a viable cheap stay for either the airport or for tourists to Paris on a budget. Sure it isn't in Paris but a 25 minute direct train isn't that painful- it may take you that long anyway in the city). + Excellent for access to Terminals 1 & 2 (air france, other airlines and the Rail/TGV); just catch the RER line heading to the Airport- and in 15 minutes, you are right inside the terminals. It is the next stop. +Room is relatively clean but simple - small room with two single beds and a bunk bed over top. A small desk and plastic chair in one corner underneath a square glass window that swings open. There is an electric heater that is barely adequate, especially if you want to keep the window open a bit to let in fresh air. Small TV on a bracket off the wall. Negatives - Small room- tight, especially for 2 and definitely for 3. The room is pretty well standing and lying down. Add Suitcases and you will need to step on beds, etc. - small bathroom; anyone who has been to Japan will know what a 'unit bath' is and this is one of them. The whole bathroom is like a cubicle... as if molded out of one piece of plastic. It works. It is small enough for you to sit on the toilet, shower and brush your teeth at the same time! - best for families/groups that know each other well- there is no place to hide to change your clothes. everything would have been fine had there been some air conditioning. The room was too hot and very uncomfortable. in the middle of summer in Paris I was told all rooms were air conditoned only to find out none were. I was upgraded by the gracious staff to their deluxe hotel next door but no ac there either. also we had to wait until two pm to check in and were never offered a place to put our bags. To be fair, it seems like NOTHING is air conditioned in Paris despite it being summer so I can't be too hard on the hotel, yet it advertises all rooms are with a/c which is why I choose it. Plus they should indicate which stop on the RER it is, as there is a Villpinte stop, and a Parc Dexpostion stop. I was confused.

I stayed in that hotel because it was near the airport (one or two stops). It was perfect for one night to get a flight early in the morning. The train ticket to the airport was expensive though. ( about 3/4 euros) There is just a restaurant to eat around which was expenive and in which you don't have much choice. There was nothing around the hotel to go out. It was really easy to find it, three minutes walk from the station.

I had to stay one night in Paris to catch a plane early in the morning, therefore I decided to stay at a hotel close to Charles De Gaule airport, I believed that it was the best option, but I was wrong.!! The room was really small and it had 3 beds 2 at floor level and one crossed on top buker style. The bathroom was a plastic cabin. I had to pay extra for the breakfast that was really very poor, just french bread, butter, marmalade and coffee or tea. Nobody helps you with the lugage, there is no service at all, if you need wi-fi you have to sit in the lobby, I aked for a taxi in the morning and the guy had a metter marking Euros 17,50 when I got in the car and paid a total of 25,00 Euros to get to the airport. I do not understand from where he was called, that shows no interest in helping the passenger. I asked if there was any other kind of room and I was told that where all the same. The hotel is located close to the train station but not as near to walk with 2 suitcases and not far enough to get a taxi at the station which it is at 500 mtrs away. Bad choice I hope that this helps others.

This hotel is just few hundreds meters from the next RER station after the CDG airport - Exposition - Poissy. Just exit the RER station and walk just into the office buildning area. The hotel is just on your left right after the office building on your left. Kirriad hotel is in the same building and in this hotel is also recepcion for Classe. my main suggestion has to do with the premiere classe line of hotels. we took taxi from the orly airport and were dropped off at one. it was the wrong one. we were told we would have to pay 20-30 euro to go 5 minutes to the correct one. we paid 30 and that man (who has connection with hotel) took us to the 2d wrong hotel. the 2d hotel had an extremely rude host who refused to help us and told us it was not his problem. we hired a third taxi drive who finally took us to the correct hotel. you have 3 with the same name in same town. the drivers don't know which is which EVEN WHEN YOU SHOW THEM THE ADDRESS which we did in every case. i suggest you create a system where you 1) warn consumers there are three in same town with same name and 2) shuttle people incorrectly delivered to wrong one, to the correct one without charge to them. venere should warn consumers too. what happened to us occurred at midnight, we were exhausted and it took over and hour a half from first delivery to correct one. terrible system.

For an airport hotel, the quality and level of service was substandard. We are usually very forgiving and understanding travellers in other countries, but the customer service in this hotel was very low! If a hotel is advertised as a convenience for travellers near an airport, I would expect a computer to be available to check for flight departures, get seat assignments, etc. We asked the clerk if one was available and there was none. We then asked if she would mind calling the airline to check on our flight departure and she refused. We asked then if there was a phone book or telephone nearby. She told us to go to the connecting hotel to look for a phone book (there were no clerks there since it was after 9pm). We were flabbergasted! We had just come in from multiple train rides, Metro rides, getting off at the wrong stop, hauling our luggage to this mediocre hotel at 9pm, and all to be told by an indifferent clerk that we had to do more of our own legwork. There were two clerks at the desk (the other was impatient and cold towards us) and as far as I could see, not a lot of work having to be attended to between the two of them. The rest of France and other hotels booked through Venere were wonderful and the reception people courteous, at least. My other concern was lack of directions on their website - they gave no indication of what Metro stop to get off at, and left out a very important piece of information - you need to transfer from central Paris to another railway line to get to their hotel. It took us almost an hour to get this information from the railway clerks at the station who spoke limited English. If this information was printed on Premier Classe's (a joke of a name) website, it would save travellers a lot of headache. The other hotels in France printed what Metro stop to get to their hotels. All in all, our experience at this terrible hotel (with broken showerhead and peeling plaster) was the only ding in a wonderful trip in France a

Etrange...) Aucune pancarte pour l'indiquer !

Very good value for money but directions on web-site no good - you need to get off at Parc des Expositions - one stop from Charles de Gaulle on the RER!

i know that you are an french speaking country but it would of been nice to ensure that the attendences for the dinning room had a better understanding of english as we never ate in the hotel other than breakfast because the lady.man couldn't understand what we where saying and my french is a little poor. other than that it was good money for value. The other thing was the need to identify your hotels better within this area, as i went to 3 hotels with your name from the airport area before i got to the right one and this took 3hrs and was very difficult for my daughter who was very tired and only 11 years of age late at night with having us book in at 12.oo midnight.

Do you think this hotel is rated at 3 * The room is really small. Bathroom is tiny. The room is very smelly so I had to open the window all night to sleep.

smelly, moldy bathroom and very "industrial" flooring/decor. Couldn't leave the room without taking the pass-key which leaves the room without electricity/TV?!? Tucked away in a business park area which has very limited services. The one restaurant in the adjacent hotel was nice but horribly overpriced (i.e. 22 euro for a brochette of 2 scallops, 2 shrimp on a tomato sauce base. And the pasta was overcooked and not very good for $16 euro) BUT, for less that $30 euro a night, can't expect too much and it was close to CDG.

The room was big, nice and cleanm the hotel in total nice although I only spent there 5 hours. However, some other facts were really annnoying. First of all, it should not be marked as a HOTEL AT THE AIROPORT since it's NOT. There are no free busses from the terminals to the hotel. The busdrivers misled me by taking me to ANOTHER Premiere Class hotel around the area. They are not sifficiently informed. Even a receptionist at the other Premiere Class didn't know what to do, where is was, how to help us (there were more people than me in such a situation). The only transport was the RER which doen't go until 5:22 which may be TOO LATE for some flight. After 22 there was NOBODY at the reception was had to line up for about an hour with 30 people in a nextdoor hotel.

We needed an hotel near airport, just one night, to be their around 5:30. The hotel was not indicated from the train station, needed to walk randomly to find it with heavy luggage... No restaurant in this industry area except Kyriad (expensive one). The hotel was full of young girls, knocking in the night from room to other room, we couldn't sleep.

Hotel is good for overnight stay between flights. The only huge dissapointment was that there is no shuttle bus from the airport and that was not specified on a web site. It took me an hour and a half to get to it by taxi from the airport when it is only one train stop away.

The cheapest hotel you'll ever find near Charles de Gaulle. A bit odd, at night you check in to the hotel next door ( I wasn't advised) I am not absolutely sure the sheets were clean on both beds, but the upper bunk was fine. No soap or shampoo -dodgy toilet, but worked eventually. Really, really, cheap - great electric heater, tv a very short walk to the Metro and one stop to CDG.

Your ad was deceiving. It stated that the hotel was right by the airport. We took the shuttle to the nearest "Premiere Classe" only to be told that we were not booked there. We were told to take the train, and get off the first stop. We arrived in the middle of the night, and were the informed that the last train was at 11:00 p.m. We had to take a taxi which cost us another 20 Euro to get to the hotel. For me, the ad that said that it was "close" to the airport was not accurate.

A cheap place to lay your head near CDG. Very near RER B metro line. Very small room and bathroom. We were there only 6 hours between a late night flight and early morning departure. After hours check in at hotel next door, thankfully someone in lobby directed us.

Overall this was relatively of 'what you pay is what you get', the buffet breakfast was a bit of a letdown as opposed to what was shown in the information sheet in the room. What was most dissapointing was that parking was not free, though with the location, you could park in the surrounding area easily as it is located in a business park.
