We stayed in a superior double which was of an excellent standard. There was an issue by where the drain was blocked in the shower and it overflowed, however we reported this to reception and after only 15 mins a handyman came and put it right. Very happy with service & would definitely stay again.

For 4 adults we had a spacious room with a loft, so there was plenty of room to spread out. The hotel restaurant was very convenient since many others in town were closed at 8 on a Saturday evening.

I stayed with my daughter. We would have preferred a twin room but this was not available so we had a 4-bed room. Sorry to report that there was no tea/coffee making facility. Also the TV could only be viewed from the double bed (upstairs). However Villedieu - les - Poeles was delightful and we ate in the hotel's brassiere most nights which was really good.

We stayed only for one night in a double room but thought that, for the excellent price, the hotel is to be recommended as a good stop-over for singles and couples. The restaurant was also good food at a reasonable price. The town centre location did mean some noise at night but overall a very good hotel.

Happy to find here a really 3-persons room at a reasonable rate. A very good stay on the road to the west end of Bretagne. Don't miss the brasserie for your evening meal ... and one of the café on the place for the aperitif.

the room was nice, but there is some traffic noise, and even in rather cool March, we needed to have the window open--the room was a bit too hot. Still, a wonderful place, and the restaurant is very fine. We've been there two times and will return.

Room Details
Modern interiors, space and quietness, these are the assets of the 48 double, standard and superior, twin and quadruple rooms.All accommodations are soundproofed and feature a private bathroom with shower or bathtub and hairdryer. They come furthermore equipped with wall cupboard, closet, large desk, luggage racks, alarm clock, direct dial telephone, free wireless Internet access and satellite TV with TPS and international channels.
Standard Rooms feature a bed of 140 cm, a big desk and can accommodate from 1 to 2 persons.
More spacious and individually decorated, double Superior rooms feature a lounge. Here you will find a courtesy tray with coffee making facilities, safe and magnifying mirrors.
Quadruple rooms are duplex accommodating up to 4 persons. They feature 1 double bed, 2 single beds and a small lounge.
Céleste rooms are extremely spacious and have been renewed in 2008. These luxury suites are ideal for business traveler and are extremely spacious (25 square meters) and amenities include LCD flat screen TV (36"), lounge area, tea and coffee making facilities, make-up mirror and desk. The queen-size beds have hypo-allergenic bedding.
Non-smoking rooms are available upon request.

By carComing from Paris by the A84 highway, take exit n.38 in direction of Percy. Take the 2nd exit off the roundabout and proceed on the D999 road for around 2 km. Then turn right onto the N175 road and enter Villedieu-les-Poêles. Take the Route De Vire, then Rue Des Costils, where the hotel lies.
