The Oasys buffet restaurant, hosting up 1800 people, is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and serves an excellent Mediterranean and Italian cuisine with local specialities;
the Mirto buffet restaurant, only open for dinner, is an elegant and sober place serving a national and regional cuisine;
the Stella di mare restaurant serves à la carte menus based on seafood and meats prepared on the large grill;
the Coyote Pizzeria is open for dinner and serves many different types of pizza as well as tasty buffets with hors d'oeuvres and delicious desserts;

The whole place was amazing but be warned difficult to get around Sardinia unless you have a car and some knowledge of Italian a must, especially if you want to book trips and excursions etc. But Sardinia is a must for all those who dislike the usual English tourist destinations.
