Romantik Hotel Post - Villach

Very charming hotel. Good room size. Fantastic restaurant. Great parking.

Continental breakfast was quite poor

We recieved an upgrade which was lovely. Great location in the heart of town. Decor tired though it was nice to stay somewhere with local traditional character. It could do with an update especially the bar area which has potential to be a popular meeting place but at the moment is rather drab. Nice Cafe and helpful staff when asked. I understand they are working on some of the bedrooms which would be great.

Wonderful Hotel. Lovely and Old world charm. Staff wass very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

The room was very comfortable, clean and on the internal court, so very quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the service quite good. There is a gourmet restaurant in the hotel, but I didn't tried it. It seemed to me a little bit expensive. It is difficult to find the access to the parking, because it's close to the pedestrian area.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and returned to Villach specifically to stay there again. The rooms are large and romantic with all the amenities needed. Spacious showers and one time a large tub as well. Lux beds and bedding and the breakfast is amazing with everything any nationality would enjoy and savor. We also had dinner there this time and the food was also very good and creatively presented. They have free parking in the the rear which is a bit tricky to locate but once you have done it it is easy. I highly recommend this hotel for service and good price and location.

Romantik room had twin beds close to each other, not a double bed . Not really romantic. Whilst booking ask for the right facility you want . Moreover, Romantik rooms are wide as an apartment, standard rooms are good as well and enough wide for two people . Restaurant of the hotel very nice and good as quality . Breakfast very good . Photos of the romantik room are not shown : the one on the website is a suite .

An attractive country town with a magnificent Church (St Jacob)just up the hill. Hotel is a beautiful old building ,1600's, with heaps of history. The decor inside the hotel is to a very high standard. Hotel is right in the main street with shops all around. Internet provided for small fee.

Un albergo affascinante nella piazza centrale di Villach, in un palazzo storico molto ben conservato, con arredi d'epoca. Personale tutto molto cortese e competente. Alla reception parlano un perfetto italiano. Buon ristorante a lume di candela sotto gli alberi del giardino interno. Unico problema il parcheggio, molto difficile da raggiungere: sarebbero utili indicazioni più precise.
