This is the second time i have stayed there and have recommended it to many friends. Very peaceful, clean and spacious and only a few minutes from the marina.

Hotel obviously caters for golfers rather than public in general. My wife and I normally sleep in a double bed, and only single beds available. We were not the only couple and the hotel should provide some rooms with double beds. Also we asked for a no smoking room, but the room had been used by a smoker, and ashtrays were provided. The pillows were very small and limp. Apart from that the hotel was very good and we would stay there again

It's difficult to praise enough this hotel. We saw it as a little Paradise and we could well plan another travel just for staying there again.

We have never been to Vilamoura before but were so impressed with the apartment that we returned a week later. At this time of the year it was everything we could ask for, warm quiet and comfortable.

Located a short two miles from the Vilamoura Marina via a low traffic parkway, this hotel was an excellent choice for our stay. A car is an absolute necessity as the public transportation system is not especially comprehensive. You could get by if all you wanted to do was golf as the hotel had a golf shuttle to the various courses. Breakfast at 6 euros was an excellent value. A well done buffet with eggs and bacon as well as the usual fruit, pastry, etc fare. Our second trip to Vilamoura (first was in 1988). Quite heavily developed and hard to tell what it is like in the height of tourist season but in May it is quite nice and far from deserted. Too cold to swim - pool not heated and very cold. Ocean also too cold to swim this time of year (3rd wk of May) but weather pleasant for other tourist activities i.e. carry a sweater.
