We were very disappointed to find that the sauna and jacuzzi where cold apparently because it was filled on Monday and had not warmed up, it was now Tuedsay afternoon, another guest also complained. When you advertise these facilities surely they should be working! It was one of the reasons we chose to stay with you. Also we requested some form of breakfast even a bsic one or even a cup of tea, we were leaving at just after six thirty and we were told nothing not even a cup of tea would be available. As you are near the airport I presume you will get several early flight guests so something would be good. Also there were no facilities in the room to even make a cup of tea. We have stayed in wuite a lot of hotels and we chose a four star as a hopefully luxurious end to our holiday sadly it was not. It was our first holiday together in Portugal and we had a lovely time it was a shame it ended on such a low note. We would not recommend this hotel. Nice hotel but no one to welcome us at reception - had to wait 5 minutes - very apologetic however. Gorgeous room, excellent restaurant - very good value. Dark gloomy breakfast room with poor choice - the one real downside of our stay.
