This is a new (2008) hotel near to beach (200 m). It takes 15 mins to walk to Vieste downtown. This is in a new side of Vieste beach so still less crowded. Parking is provided. Staff is competent and many speak good English. If you stay for 4+ days, you get also free access to private beach. Sandy beach is suitable also for small children and there is a small and fine beach restaurant. Breakfast is good and abundant.

How to reach Hotel Yria

By car
From Florence: take the A24 highway, exit at Pescara and head towards Poggio Imperiale. Take the superstrada road for Vico del Gargano and then continue along until you get to Vieste.
From Milan: take the A14 highway and exit at Lesina-Poggio Imperiale. Follow the road signs for Vieste.
From Rome: take the A24 highway, then the A14 and exit at Lesina-Poggio Imperiale. Follow the road signs for Vieste.
