Hotel Parco Carabella - Vieste

I stayed only 1 night but it is worth to stay longer.

I liked the place but they charged extra for everything. I never even heard of having to pay to have access to the pool. Ridiculous! Aside from that, the place was okay, and I had not further complaints. The air conditioning was a blessing and the location is not bad if you have a car.

Small friendly hotel run by the same family since the early 1970's, owner is particularly approachable and helpful. Nicely situated just across the road from the beach and a convenient 15 minute stroll to the town. Excellent value for money especially with the breakfast included tho' if you arrive too late in the morning you may miss out on some items. The rooms are fairly basic with a small cooker, sink and fridge but are comfortable and perfectly adequate. The pool is a delight, nice setting, clean, at a comfortable temperature and having a good depth for swimming not just toddler paddling, the exceptionally warm sea (in August) can supply that need if necessary. Parco Carabella from my experience, can be highly recommended as an affordable base for the Vieste area and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

This is a lovely little hotel. It is clean and has a pretty pool area. Unfortunatly we booked a triple room and the manageress could not pull out the small sofa bed in the room because there was not enough room for it. We asked for another option because not only was the room very small for three people but the bed was child size. The manageress begun discussing alternatives e.g. us paying a little bit more for a single room and a double room (giving us a small discount) then the manager accused us of booking a room for 2 adults and 1 child. He said it was not possible to have a triple room for 105euros/night. We settled for a double and a single which worked out as 120euros a night in total. We were also very surprised that we were only allowed in the pool 9-2 and 4-8pm, the 2 hottest hours of the day the manager was in with his lilo! We were charged 3 euros a day to use the pool and the private beach. On the beach each hotel room was allowed 1 bed, 1 deck chair and 1 umbrella. We asked to have 2 beds because we were paying 3 euros each and there were many not being used but we were not allowed. Breakfast was poor and the bar and restaurant were not open once during our 6 days stay. We could not even buy water at the hotel. This hotel is 30minutes walk from the town centre but it is right next to a lovely beach. The hotel grounds are pretty and each rom has a nice balcony. What a shame the staff were so rude and unaccomodating.

Basically the hotel is quite OK and well located. A small investment to make the rooms a bit cosier would make it an excellent choice. ( the only decorative element in the room was a wooden cross ... we're not in a monastry, are we ?? )

A clean and comfortable family run hotel, close to the beach and a 20 minute walk from Vieste town centre

It was different than expected. It's more of an adult camp ground than a hotel. However, it was a pleasant stay and it is very near the beach if the weather permits.

In Vieste are a lot of big hotels and camping sites - therefore we were pretty happy with this little guest house. The room were very clean and breakfast was ok as well. And we had a quiet pool!! The beach restaurant (Vela playa) across the street is recommendable as well - brilliant pasta, Bruscetta etc.

We thought it was very acceptable for the price. It was quiet and close to most sights, and would have no problem staying there again.
