The only downside was that guests could reserve for the duration of their entire stay the best deckchairs/umbrellas - even on days when unoccupied.

A charming hotel in a beautiful town. The staff is friendly and capable. The shower in our room was small, so a large person may want to check on bath facilities. Some rooms with ocean view, but we enjoyed our room that opened onto the square. It is well worth the challenging drive to spend some time in this hotel.

From North: the hotel is easily reachable by the motorway A14, exit Poggio Imperiale.
From South: the hotel is easily reachable by the motorway A14, exit Foggia. Take then the SSV-strada a scorrimento veloce del Gargano motorway, following the indications for Vieste. Take then the Litoranea for Vieste.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime after midday.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 10 a.m.

Use of the Internet Point is included in the price.
Access to the private beach is included in the price.
Parking in the garage is not included in the price and costs €5,00 per night.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have to cancel your reservation we'll proceed as follow: between 20 and 10 days befor your arrival we'll send you 70% of the deposit back, between 9 and 3 days befor your arrival we'll send you 50% of the deposit back, 2 days befor your arrival or if you don't arrive you'll lose the whole deposit.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 20 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
