Pakat Suites - Vienna

The staff was useless, but friendly. we arrived late in 2 days of our paid staying with no luggage. (it was lost by aeroflot -air company). the staff did not help us at all to call lost and found buro in Vienna Airport. also they did not give us tooth brush and shaving kit. our arrival was 3 days before new Year, we asked to book a table for New year Eve in a good vienna's restaurant. we reminded about it every day - finally, 31st of Dec we made a scandal with general manager. he recommended us to visit DIVERSO restaurant - same owners with Pakat Suites. we did not have a choice and we spent new Year Eve there. the staff is friendly, the food was awful and overpriced. i shall not recommend people to stay at this hotel for vacations. for business trips - may be. the breakfast was also very poor.

Clean and comfortable. Well designed rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Only strange thing was the heat in the corridors on the upper floors, but within the rooms temperature was fine.

Nice hotel, modern rooms, excelent to stay in viena. as negative we heard the noise of the rooms above us.

We absolutely love our room and the hotel. Spacious, clean, quiet and affordable. Everything we wanted. It takes us 15 mins to walk to the U station because we walk slowly, but the streets are clean and safe. We much prefer to stay in a nice and new hotel like the Pakat Suites than in an older, more expensive hotel in the town centre. We will definately stay here again.

Euro99! Such a good price for a perfect suite and excellent service! I stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect! I would definitely choose this hotel again if I could still get this price next time.

Hotel excelente, 15 minutos caminhando até o centro, tem "tram" a menos de 2 quadras, próximo o Belvedere. O hotel é muito bom e novo, completa um ano em nov/09. O quarto é amplo, com duas tvs de plasma, sala, closed e o banheiro com ducha, banheira grande. Realmente muito luxuoso, a Austria não tem classificação internacional mas este hotel merece ser um cinco estrelas. Excellent hotel, 15 minutes walking to the center, has "tram" to less than 2 blocks away, near the Belvedere. The hotel is very nice, new, full one year nov/09. The room is large, with two plasma televisions, room, closed the bathroom with shower, large bathtub. Really very luxurious, Austria has international classification but this hotel deserves a five stars.

We found the small bar/restaurant right across the street with breakfast and lunch to be of good value. The hotel's breakfast prices were outrageous.

The hotel meet all my requirements and standards. we very enjoy our being in the hotel and we advise it to all our friends.

This is a very attractive modern hotel about 2 streets from Vienna's Botanical Gardens. It is however, a 15 minute walk from the nearest u-bahn and about a 25 minute walk to the city centre, so the location is not ideal. The rooms are of a high standard and the breakfast was very good with one exception - the staff were quite rude if you wanted to order a cooked meal from their menu, which had printed on it 'we would be pleased to cook your favourite egg dish.' This was entirely unexpected and disappointing considering the high standard the rest of the hotel staff maintains, and not in keeping with the friendly staff we'd encountered in other Viennese hotels.

What a stay! Although the pictures of the cheapest room type were not available, the room was as big as shown on the web site. Very modern, quiet and comfortable. Good gym. Calm location, easy walking distance from the old centre. And then the staff at the front desk, especially the young man! Very attentive, quicker than you could think, and when returning after 4 days to pick up some luggage that was left behind and then being addressed by name - that is attention to detail that customers love and that you don't associate with this price level and supposedly anonymous modern hotels. The best value for money I've ever had.

A very good Hotel, employees are very kind, suites are very good, relationship between price/quality is excellent.

Excellent new hotel, with super price if booked in advance. Very specious for a european hotel. Where it can improve is in providing a breakfast, which is not included, and is ridiculously expensive in their restaurant, for what they offer. Also, in the area of TV channels offered, english channels are very limited and that can be a nuisance if you are staying for longer periods. Overall, still a super place to stay and experieince.

Warm friendly stay, in a beautiful room. We will definitely go back.

It was a very confortable and nice room and the employees are very very kind, always helpping. Only one litle negative thing: there was not a electric teapot and coffe/tea at the room. On the other had it was very easy to arrive by tram or underground

The Pakat Suites is an excellent hotel and the price of accomodations offered by Venere was the best deal going in Vienna that weekend. I will certainly use both Venere and the Pakat Suites Hotel again.
