Meininger Hotel Wien Downtown Franz - Vienna

All has been fine, nice rooms, confortable rooms,New structure, the only thing that I requiered was the free internet in the room

I tarvelled alone with a limited budget and booked a room in a women dormitory. As it's the first time with such experience staff suggested me to look at a room first. We saw that neighbours there left such a mess that I had to change for mixed one. Very clean room,other guests were polite and quite when entering/leaving and somebody was sleeping. First day all 4 beds were occupied, second day I stayed there wit the girl. Overall very positive impression from the hotel, staff is nice and helpful. They have all you need, even umbrella when it's raining outside. Free WiFi in the lobby. For 38 EUR in a city center of Vienna - 5 mins walk from Schottenring metro station. Would gladly stay there again! :)

The hotel is new and adapted to younger clients for the informality of the premises, lobby and staff - which is by no means a negative remark. The hotel was clean, everything we had for breakfast was fresh, the staff was very polite and professional. Double deck bed was so hot to my kids (3,5 and 2 yrs old) that they said the best thing they saw in Vienna was the bed :)

Cheap and quiet just in the city center

It was a perfect place to visit Wien. You can go to the city centre just walking a few minutes. And if you want to go to other places like palaces or parks, it's good communicated with metro lines. The building is new and comfortable, and rooms are a little bit small. And you can use a full equiped kitchen with microwaves, vitro, even oven ;), and a very big fridge where you can keep your food fresh. Everything is shown in English too.
