K+K Palais Hotel - Vienna

Very good surroundings, can go main sceneries by walk, metro station is also very near. In one word, this is the best 4 star hotel I have experienced so far.

Great location, quite rooms, very clean, excellent beds, good bathroom with shower (no bath), very friendly staff, large assortment of foods for breakfast (buffet). We would stay here any time again.

We spent 5 nights in a double room, on the occasion of our 25th wedding anniversary. It is a very welcoming hotel, in a quiet area only 5 minutes walk from the centre. The room was too hot on our first night, but after reporting this at reception, it was dealt with very promptly. We would certainly go back there to stay.

The room was very clean - the only thing is that I don't like carpets on the floor (however he carpets seemed to be clean).

Very nice hotel, I liked my stay except that a colleague who booked the same hotel at the same time for the same type of room but thru another agency got the room at 50 Euros less per night than I did... Not sure why & how this is possible.

We had a very pleasant, comfortable stay. The staff were particularly helpful, booking tickets for the ballet for us, suggesting activities etc. The position is excellent, everything in easy walking distance but away from the crowds. Breakfast was included and was outstanding. Our double room had all that we required including hi speed internet but we were disappointed with the size. It was the most expensive hotel we had stayed in and had the smallest room. We were expecting it to be more luxurious. However we would stay there again as the overall feel is one of comfort, security and sophistication.

Good location, in the city centre away from all the crowds and the noise. Hotel closes to a bus stop station with bus directly to airport, the price is only 6 euros!!! And it only takes 20mins to airport. (At night) Room are very clean and modern. The breakfast has a lot of choice which is the best quality that I tried before in Europe! The wifi and internet connection is very high speed! Only one need to complain: the hotel describes that they have the service to add additional beds ( you may see very clear that they write in the information of the hotel in Venere.com), so we just booked a double room and then we asked the front desk to add an additional beds on our second days of arrive, but their answered that they never have this service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And they only requested us to changed a triple room! So don’t book a double room if you will have more friend to stay in this hotel! Because they will not help you to add any bed! If their tripe room is completely full, this will make you a lot of trouble!

This was our second visit to vienna--made truly memorable by the stay at K+K Palais hotel.it was well located in the city centre yet away from all the crowds and the noise.a short walk from the river as well.the hotel was very comfortable and the front office was helpful with maps,directions,where to go ,to eat etc.recommend this hotel !!would definately go and stay there again.

Attractive hotel in very nice residential location. Good value. Staff helped us find close bus stop with bus to airport, saving us money compared to taxi.

This hotel was simply marvelous. It's location was about 5 minutes from Stephansplatz (the centre of the city) yet on a quite undisturbed side street. It was also about 2 seconds away from the subway and the tram. The room was spacious, clean and had all of the amenities that you could possibly desire. The breakfast was fit for kings. I can't think of anything that I would improve. Very very happy with my stay.

Over all a great place to stay and things worked out well.

The hotel is one I would return to. It's located on a quiet park, only a block or so from the Danube. The staff was amiable and helpful with directions, and restaurant suggestions, which were all very good. Everything was an easy walk from the hotel.

We were really happy with this property. the breakfast was excellant. it was just 5 minutes walk from where the airport bus dropped us which was both economical and conveninet. it was also walking distance from tram stations and all important tourist points

Very good stay in Vienna. The breakfast was very good and the hotel was near the centre and the metro. The room was big and very clean. It was a little expensive but the stay was paid by the company...so.... :))

We spent a weekend at this hotel in late November. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficent both at reception and in the bar and breakfast room. The location is close to main areas for theatres, museums and shopping. Would recommend the trams which run along the Ring road and take you close to different parts of the city. Overall - Vienna is a lovely city and this hotel is excellent value for money. Try to visit the Musikverein or try a Strauss concert at the Hofburg Palace which is great fun. Cafe Schottering is close to the hotel and is great for coffee or even a meal. Their sachertorte and apple strudel is great.

Just about everything one would expect of a small four star hotel; clean, comfortable, stylish, friendly. We have nothing but praise for the staff, whose efforts to please were outstanding, and were always cheerful despite the long hours they appeared to work. Only one complaint - the early finish for the bar and room service.
