The hotel is very nice and offers Viennese atmosphere. The bar list is very poor - after a good dinner I wanted to order a digestif which was not possible - only beer, wine, water and juice were offered.

Everyone at the hotel was so welcoming ,and made you feel right at home. They were so accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was very good too.I like the location, because you were in the middle of a residential area. The hotel was so close to the trains, buses and Trams, it was very easy to get around Vienna. My husband and I highly recommend this hotel.

Cosy, charming and friendly place. Extremely helpful staff. Pleasant and leafy surroundings. Busstop opposite the hotel, sufficient bus frequency. Every place in Vienna and surroundings within easy reach by public transport. Price-quality relationship couln't be better.

We stayed in one of your suites and those of us who slept on the pull out sofa didn't get very good sleep. We loved the hotel itself and the staff was wonderful but the extra beds are not comfortable. Vienna is beautiful and has so much to offer. We used the public buses and found it very easy to get around. Had a wonderful time in spite of bad weather.

A best place to stay for a 4-5 days Vienna discovering. All staff and owners very kind and professionnal. Plusieurs personnes parlent très bien francais. Very quiet and charming garden. Good parks for running just around. Very easy for walking dogs. Good skate areas for children !

Our group only stayed one night and we had the suite that slept 5. It was a great value for the money. Everything was clean and the bathroom was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and exceptionally tolerant of our "American silliness". The only downside was the location and having to take the bus. we did take a taxi back into the Hofburg area to attend the opera and that cost about 11 euros. (Well worth it!) In addition, there was no air conditioning so I imagine it would get very hot during July and August. Great Atmosphere and there is a wonderful Italian place close by that stays open very late. They have cards about it in the lobby.

Site promised private parking and garage; no garage available, parking on street: we had to search 45 minutes for parking space, not something a tired traveller needs. Asked for and confirmed for a three-bed room as shown on web site, we got a double-bed room and stretcher; a situation we specifically tried to avoid. A hotel should at least offer a good bed. Price not in accordance with service. On web-site payment by credit-card was advertised. A service expected naturally from a 4-star hotel. Luckily for us we could solve the inconvenience by other means, because at reception only payment by EC was accepted.

The place is very nice, specially if you can have breakfasts in the garden. Unfortunately, we did not get a room with garden view, but the room we got (on 1st florr) had a nice view, was quiet and comfortable. Staff was extra-helpful for tour recommendations as well as travelling tips. We stayed 2 nights as part of our honeymoon.

Room was really dark and small; bathroom was ugly. Furthermore there were people working inside the hotel in front of our room door inside the hotel almost the whole day - a quiet rest was impossible. Rooms were made up only at 14.00 h. 3 Minutes after 10.00 h there was no more breakfast allowed....

Had a great holiday. The 5 bedded room turned out to be a small suite split 3 (double/single [sofa]) & 2 (double). Ideal for a family with 3 children. Breakfast were good, with a wide selection. 40A (bus) stops outside hotel, into central Vienna in about 10 min.

This is a very nice small hotel located in a quiet residential neighborhood, with easy access to public transportation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They happily offered sightseeing suggestions and secured great orchestra tickets for us. On several occasions, we relaxed over a nightcap beverage while enjoying conversation with the staff. Breakfast was good, not great, but met the needs of our family of four. Highly recommended

Park villa is a sweet familiar smaller hotel with "family" service. A little far from the city, but accounting into the busstation in front of the hotel it only takes 10 minutes to be in the city (also approx. 10-15 min. to wait for the bus...). Its very clean. Breakfast is okay but not really various...

We expected more from a 4 star hotel. We booked 3 rooms, all of which were in need of redecoration and whilst the brochure promised most had balconies, we had none. The only public areas were reception or the dining room, which were completely in appropriate for spending any time in. The sauna didn't work. Breakfast was limited to a cold buffet. There was no option for any hot food.

At the moment and also for the next two years, a house right beside of park villa is under construction. so there is a lot of noise from early in the morning at 7 am til the evevning hours. there is also a lot of dust. to have breakfast in the garden is not as lovely as the photographs make you feel, anyway the garden looks not very nice with the view on the construction
