Quiet good accomodattion, room was clean, wifi not so good.I recommend to have your own towel, becouse there smells like vinegar. Breakfast was excellent. We had some problems with room, we wanted to change, but it was denied. I think, it was not problem of a room, but in stuff. Recepcionists are young and a little bit lazy...In spite of this I should reccomend this hotel...

Internet speed is poor.It is very difficult to surf the internet pages. Current internet speed does not cover the number of users in the hotel. Downtime occured during my stay and no immediate action was done to resolve this issue.

This was not a good hotel experience. The hotel was really quite far from the center of the city and that wasn't really explained. The advertised price on the building was quite a bit more (9 euro) from what I paid. The staff gave me the wrong directions for a bus to the airport and many of the staff was not friendly. The worst thing is I left my eye glasses and I sent them an email within a few hours of my leaving the room. However, I have not heard back from the hotel to find out whether or not they have my glasses or not.

the offer from Vener was unexpected, price are too much lower than regular reservation and for the same services and rooms. I was in Vienna for 5 days meeting at the UNO city and the hotel was good for location and services. I will recommend venere for all my colleague. One simple comment, my laptop charger has been broked cause of an electrical problem in my room and they have no form to report an incedent. They gave me another room only, I was expecting more. Thank you Venere. Firas

The opposite McDonalds! Well it is a Prokat construction, without proper isolation and without airconditioners. If you sleep at the side of the Donau river you are lucky because there is not too much noise. If you sleep to the other side, at the road, you will have to sleep with the windows opened (BECAUSE OF THE HOT WEATHER), with too much noise.THE interior was a little bit of IKEA. IT IS A HOSTEL FOR FAMILIES FROM BULGARIA SLOVAKIA AND HUNGARY who prefer to be in Vienna and have some vacation swimming and having fun by the river banks. Internet was not free, or at least I could not enter. Ohhh The FREE PARKING!!!!! THEY ARE VERY CLEVER at THE HOTEL. They don't speak about free parking, INSTEAD, they are reffering to free space, because the hotel can afford 21 cars exactly. Keep this number. All the rest cars of the clients can park at the surrounding area in which UNEXPECTEDLY! THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR PARKING FROM THE MUNICIPALITY OF VIENNA. So if you have a new car you can't be sure you will protect it. I should go again BUT definitely during Winter time. Not in the summer. I can't afford heatness and nowadays the airconditioner is a MUST.

The staff was very unfriendly. The rooms weren't cleaned at all, only the towels were changed. Very noisy at night. The location wasn't bad, and there is a McDonald's across the street.

- very helpful staff - 7 minute walk to subway and like five stops to the city center, however, hotel surroundings are nice, Donau river banks, people kayaking, a huge shopping mall - newly renovated hotel, no air conditioning in the rooms and it is VERY NOISY when you open a window, it is OK when window is closed => better time to visit when the weather is a bit chilly - some troubles with hot water in the morning, due to the great number of people showering at the same time.

The hotel is well located, it is relatively near the metro, shopping center, market and near the danube. It has good breakfast, good internet, good shower, friendly and competent staff. I wish I had a desk to work in the room.

The overall impression of the hotel was ok. Breakfast was great there was almost everything you could ask for. My only complaint would be about the bed which was very hard and the mattress very thin and "well used". Also moving around the room was not possible without bumping into furniture because of very little space.

No hot water in the hotel from 06:00 AM to 14:00 PM. Hotel reception doesn't warn you before your arrival about the incapacity of hotel to welcome more than few guests. Being frank, the owner of hotel is a true cheater. There is no need to adventure to this hotel. You will be disappointed.

The hotel is close to the metro station (10 minutes walking). Limited parking capabilities, anyway it's easy to find a place where to leave your car outside the hotel. The rooms cleaning should be improved, mainly on the second day of your staying. I recommend it for leasure.

Our room was not cleaned one single day during our entire stay (5 nights). However, the staff came everyday at approx. 17:30 to change the towels. I mentioned twice that our room phone line was not working. A technician came once but was not able to fix it. The two good points are: good value for money and very convenient location near U1 metro station.

We stayed at the hotel in april 2011. Totally we satisfied with rooms and service. Rooms aren't big but quite capacious. Breakfast is good - warm bread, jams, cereals, hot drinks, juice and fruits. Hotel is far from centre but in 5 minutes from underground station, and in addition surroundings are excellent - this is Old Danube, boat mooring, park... But rooms are lacking of more soundproof doors - you may hear everything that's happening in corridor, so at times it's complicated to sleep.

Lenau Donas hotel has an excellent location: in 5 minutes, using a metro, you are in Stefanplatz. The rooms are basic, but very clean. The breakfast was delicous. The staff is polite and efficient. I raccomend the hotel to everyone who want to enjoy Vienna with an affordable price and close to the city centre. I will certainly stay there on my next visit. Everything was fine.

Everything as expected, bet is the best price for quality. We spent 3 nights in a double room in the attic, and was on the inner side so it was absolutely quiet (if you get up late you may hear working personnel from the corridor). The staff is kind and helping (we could check in and get to the room in the morning despite what stated on the site), breakfast is good, rooms are well done every day, and the bus to/from airport stops just in front of the hotel (luggage deposit available). You have to walk the bridge to get to underground (8-10 minutes walking), and it's line 1 so you get to downtown in a little.

We had a double room at penthouse - small, but very proper and nice decorated (all Ikea branded). The street view doesn't bothered us because of the noise. Right in front of the hotel is a Mc Donald's and a supermarket Billa right across the street. The subway station is also close, so it is easy to reach the downtown. The parking is small and it was full, we hardly found a place for our car. The breakfast was quite poor. We appreciated a lot the receptionist - who was Romanian, very kind and helpful, so we spoke in our language! :)

I had a room with a view on a Mc Donald... in a corner with many roads with lots of traffic jam. Not really the idea I had on Vienna! The visitors were quite often groups with young and noisy persons, especially at night laughing and speaking loudly in the corridor til 4am (unfair for people who try to sleep). But.. the welcoming, kindness and competence of employees were perfect and huge breakfast, great, so...

Pluses: Good location, nearby metro station, easy to reach Vienna International Center (10-15 min). Very clean room. Good quality/price ratio. Minuses: Rooms of front side of the street are very noisy. This hotel quite large, so it is impossible to avoid a noise from other guests (I spent 4 nights and two of them were almost sleepless). Should be more intervention of the staff to control noisy guests. All public area of the hotel is smoking-free, so hall and passages smell ugly. At the weekend there are a lot of people, so I had some problems during breakfast time (lack of tables and seats), especially at 7-8 AM. Food should be more diversed.
