The hotel is a great hotel and i highly recommend it to everybody. The only problem was this girl in the reception desk with dark brown hair and blue eyes. She was nervous and impatient. Internet is not free. It's 12 euros per hour or 27 euros per 24 hours. You can go to the nearest starbucks coffee to have a drink for 2 euros and enjoy free wifi for as much as u want :) Other than that literally everything was great that we truly wanted to stay more. My dad even liked staying in the room. It's very authentic. The variety and quality of breakfast was fantastic :) I cant find a reason why this is not a 5 star hotel because it's perfect. 9/10

This was our annual family holiday without kids (6 adults). One person was in a wheelchair. Everything was very well organized concerning hotel. VERY QUIET rooms, even though it is situated on a pretty busy street and right on top of the subway. I definatly will book again should I come back.

We stayed here twice during our trip. During our first stay our room was a bit smaller than the second stay, but our bathroom was newly remodelled and larger. The bathroom for our second stay needed updating and the shower was TINY. Our welcome the first time was quite cold....not sure why. Thankfully our second stay welcome was much friendlier. A Vienna underground station was right across the street which made it easy to travel around the city.

We had a pleasent stay.Great location.Nice Interiors.Good service. The superior room was nice and spacious. The only negative was the WIFI which was charged separately at 12 euros per hour! The hotel is on Mariahilfer street which is the main shopping street.Lots of eating areas around and right next to U3 line. The directions given from the Westbahnhof were spot on.All in all, good place to stay and the prices offered by Venere are very good compared to the rack rate.

It is a good choice. The hotel is near the city centre, all the city's sightseeings are easely reachable by foot. Clean, a lot of shops are around the hotel, standard but good breakfast. When I return to Vienna I will definately stay with this hotel.

Great location, very close to "all-you-should-see" in Wien. A couple of minutes to reach downtown, the amusement park Prater, market Naschmarkt, castle Belvedere, castle Shonbrunn, etc. You can simply walk everywhere and when tired the Metro stop is just in front of the hotel.

As travelers relying on public transportation, we loved that this was right at a metro station entrance in a nice business section of town (we frequented the Gelateria across the street - yum). Yet, you can walk down to museums and the Opera House in about 20 - 30 minutes. While the streets were busy later in the day - our room was away from it and VERY quiet. The bed was long enough for us (we're both over 6 feet tall) and the bathroom was not cramped - included a full tub (with just a half shower door, huh?). It serves an ample breakfast with marvelous variety of protiens, grains, fruits, and dairy. Probably one of the best on our trip. The staff is very polite and handles the many guests very well.

We had a corner room. The room was lovely with a bed, settee, coffee table, & 2 side chairs, plus a desk. Hotel had available @ 20.00 euros internet access cable. Quite pricey considering Venere's rate. Amenities in bathroom were quite nice and bathroom was spotless. Guest room furnishing looked a little dated but in good condition. In middle of the night (around 3:00 AM) there were people on the street talking very loudly across the street from the hotel. As it was warm we had windows open. Hadn't thought to remove the duvet from the coverlet. This would have save us having to leave the windows open and listening to the very loud conversations in the middle of the night.

This hotel was one of the most satisfying I have usedd recently. It is somewhat dated but charming and very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast was tremendous and the location was perfect. The problem was with BIG STROKES coming from somewhere in about one-minute intervals avoiding any sleep and making me crazy from 6:30 am to 7:30 am. I have no idea what it was. It was like somebody would throw big iron blocks on the floor (beer barrels?) If coming with your own car, add some 28 EUR to the roomprice - parking house some 300 metres away. Even if the hotel looks nice, I will probably not book again here.

Information missing in web pages: Hotel is right next to subway entry. Hotel is in the heart of Vienna's shopping area. Breakfast is great and included in rate. Carpark is not available. Public carpark ca. 400m walking distance at 20Euro per day.
