Hotel in Hernals - Vienna

i was on the third floor and was woken up every morning around 5.30 through the trucks that unloaded their stuff to the shop below. the rooms are not clean. the walls are very tin so you can hear everything. even when your neighbours have a good time!

When I arrived at Hotel in Hernals, the staff were gruff and unhelpful and couldn't be bothered looking for my actual booking. If I hadn't had copies of my booking info and receipt for prepayment, I think they would have booked me in from scratch. The staff did not help me with my bags or show me properly to my room. My room smelt, mainly from the bathroom, so I had to have the fan on for my entire stay. There was a lump of chewing gum sitting on my bed side lamp. The main heater for my room didn't work and it was late Autumn and freezing at the time. Also, only one thin blanket was provided. My interactions with the staff in the mornings, when I asked for directions etc., were very unfriendly and unhelpful. When I asked the staff to book me a taxi for the morning of my check out, they didn't bother until I reminded them ask I was returning my key. I would NEVER recommend this place.

The room was very sparce. Location is not bad. Close to Metro and street car. They offer taxi to the railroad stations. The breakfast was rather poor, also, the atmosphere in the breakfast room and lobby was not great. The big plus of this hotel was the price. A much nicer hotel was within walking distance, however, it cost twice as much.

The toilet smelled like an outhouse. Three of five mornings there was no hot water. The beds were like boards. The entire hotel was in disrepair: missing light bulbs, damaged flooring, etc. This is a zero star hotel. Die Toilette roch nach einem Nebengebäude. Drei der fünf Vormittagen gab es kein heißes Wasser. Die Betten waren wie Bretter. Das gesamte Hotel war in einem schlechten Zustand: fehlende Glühbirnen, beschädigte Bodenbeläge, usw. Dies ist eine Null-Sterne-Hotel.

Spacious, friendly, clean, and best value. Free wifi was available in public areas, which included pleasant spacious decks throughout. The breakfast was fantastic and available very early. Can't say enough great things about this place-will definitely be returning!

This was very disappointing. While the room was spacious the accomodation was like a dormatory with @100 steps a court yard and a number of cooridors to reach your room. The day staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. The room stank, the bathroom stank of sewergae and smoke, as cigarette smoke was coming through the exhaust vent. We did not enjoy this stay at all and would never go back.

It's quite cold in the washing room, but the room is extremely big. Not very far from down town. Breakfast is so so.

Receptionist is really bad, they are no helpful, no warming, no smile even a little bit to visitors. Location is near bus station. A lot of shops around. Chinese food restaurant nearby.

What is good about the hotel is it's price ! It's Place is a bit far from vienna attractions and a bit far from an underground station ! It is close to a tram station but tram isn't that easy to go to everywhere ! The staff is Good but some of them are not very helpfull ! The rooms Doesn't have A fridge nor a telephone ! I just recommend it For big groups ! it's Price and it's Spacious Rooms are the Best thing there ! Have a great Stay :) Bye ! Nour S.

The hotel is well connected to the trams. Bus stop is also nbearby. It is located near the Museum Quartier from there most sights of Vienna are close by. Cheerful and bright rooms. Good breakfast. Wish the staff would smile a little more. Overall the staff was helpful. The room was spacious. We were 4 girls staying in a room. But there was only one bathroom.

the Hotel was extraordinary cheap. Our room was a bit dirty. Black stripes of shoes and at some places dirt on the floor. Super service of the crew. All requests were managed immediately.

Room was very big and spaciousness, additional very quiet and price was low. In prices was included breakfast, which was served as a buffet (you can take as many as you like). I reccommended it :)
