The rooms were incredibly large and clean and came up perfectly to our expectations. While checking out of the hotel the receptionist wanted to invoice a drink from the minibar that we did not had and that was even not available in it.

Our room was very beautiful, stylish and clean. Only the shower needs a curtain, the bathroomfloor was full of water after a shower. We asked for more towels, it did the job, but..! Breakfast for 15€ was a rip off!

Upon check in asked if we wanted to upgrade to deluxe twin room for my mother and I. We said no, the basic was fine. Went to room and found a double bed. Went back down to front desk and told them it was a double bed, he said but it has a terrace. I said we need twin bed. New room miraculously appeared to be a deluxe with the coffee service, etc he was trying to upgrade us to when we first got there. Obviously all basic twin booked and he knew he would have to move us.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
