We like the Hollmann VERY much. It is our favourite. Everything was so special and so good! Beautiful room, excellent breakfast, very charming city.

Great location. The staff are second to none. They exceeded our expectations every time we needed them. This is my second time at Hollmann Beletage and I would stay there again in a heart beat. The breakfast is unbelievable. I would also recommend the associated restaurant that is about 50 meters from the hotel. The food and staff there are just as good as the the hotel that bears the same name. The hotel could improve slightly by adding bore plush towels to the bathrooms. The present towels do not meet the standards of the rest of the hotel. Our room was also showing signs of wear as the walls could use a coat of paint. Some rooms are better than others and the room I stayed in the first time was better than the one I received this time. Having said that, the room sizes are huge compared to what you usually get in Europe. Do not hesitate to book yourself a stay at this hotel... You will not regret it.

Breakfast and service there is just above all expectations. Lay-out of the room!!! To me personally it looks as that room (no. 20) had won a price..."to be the most unpractical". It is simply not logical to have shower, WC and lavabo at 3 different places. And to place the bed on an elevated board and in the middle of the room is probaly the product of a designer who lives in the clouds.... But the quality of material used everywhere is excellent. Overall I was happy and my wife too. She does not share my view on the layout as explained above.

A perfect place to stay, quiet and very central, allowing us to explore the whole city on foot. The reception staff were especially helpful, retrieving a hat left behind in a cafe some way from the hotel, and posting it back to England.

Great hotel with perfect service and the best breakfast ever! Went also to their restaurant around the corner Hollmann Salon, it was very good as well!

A 4 star hotel with no one to welcome you at reception desk if you arrive in the evening! But 3 employees prepare an outstanding breakfast on the morning. Hollmann Beletage is very well situated in the city center, offers very large rooms with trendy furniture. Perfectly cleaned very day. A very nice address highly recommanded for honey moon!

Staying at the Hotel Hollmann Beletage was an excellent experience. Having travelled to Vienna from Venice it was a joy to be staying in a well appointed room with acres of space. The staff were very efficent and friendly and I can't recall staying in a hotel that offered better breakfasts. I would love to return sometime in the near future and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone.

Hotel Hollmann was everything and more than was shown on your site. The service was extremely friendly, helpful and competent. The design of the interior is matched by the way breakfast is served and tastes: wonderful. Dinner at the Hollmann salon was in the same vein: delicious food in a charming and stylish setting.

Stayed at the Hollmann Beletage 3 nights, end October. Great position, 2 minutes walk to Stephensplatz, centre of old city. Very central. Caught CAT from airport then changed to underground train following the line on the footpath and was 10min walk to hotel from stop. Very quirky hotel with a great breakfast included in price. Free internet and small theatre. We had to leave early the morning of our departure so they packed a little take away brakfast for us. Would definately return.

The hotel interior is fabulous. It deserves publication in art magazines. Modern, with excellent taste. The room was very large and well-appointed. Excellent!

The stay at Hotel Belletage was a pleasure with friendly people, designed rooms, great breakfast, 2 steps far form the historical hard of Vienna... all perfect!!

Very charming and modern hotel in the very heart of Vienna. Convenient private ambience, service excellent. A good place to stay for people who appreciate a maximum of privacy and a minimum of administration. Service always present, but never pushy. A place to feel "at home".

We loved the Hollmann Beletage, unusual check in as we were after 12pm on a Sunday - keys were left out for us. Gorgeous rooms, really central location and great restaurants in walking distance.

Very modern and clean lines. Breakfast was included in our rate and it was great every morning. Only 16 rooms total, so a quiet alternative to a big hotel. Close to the underground transportation and in walking distance to the downtown sights.

There were some kind of smell in the rooms. Room number 3.

This is a very good hotel in a convenient entral location. Breakfasts are excellent and varied. The rooms and public areas are comfortable, clean and stylish. We had a slight problem on arrival as reception closes at 12 noon at weekends. We arrived at 3pm and were unable to get into the hotel until another guest (who had already checked in) arrived. Apparently the hotel sent an email with a code number which would have enabled us to let ourselves in but we didn't receive the email and couldn't establish contact through the phone number provided. Building works in the courtyard outside our room started before 7am! Hopefully this is a hort term problem which will not impact on many visitors in the future.

Excellent location about 6 blocks from Stephensplatz. Lots of good restaurants near by. SPAR gourmet grocery store around corner Breakfast (included in room rate)only meal served at hotel was excellent. Breakfast room staff very nice.Hollman also owns restaurant in court yard near by that is very good. Front desk only staffed from 9am to 5pm. No consierge. Security is good as room key has microchip for entry to building and elevator. Front desk tries to be helpful and will arrange tours but their tour/event knowledge is limited. Room was spacious. Only draw back was bathtub /shower which was extremely high and would be difficult for someone with a handicap to get in and out of. Lap top pc available at no charge during day time hours to check email. We'd stay there again but its not for anyone who needs room service, consierge and 24 hr front desk. On our last day we left very early, hotel prepared a "boxed" breakfast for us...nice touch.Most of staff spoke English.Bottom line is excesllent value for this hotel.

This Hotel is unique.I think that Room facilities is remodeled from office facilities.It is fasionable but to get used to it, I need a time. Staffs of restraunt is very good.They looks fresh and they are friendly. And food is very beautiful. This Hotel is near to stations(subway, tram,bus).It is good for sightseeing.

We staied just one night, hotel was difficult to find, but very well organized on the self-reception. breakfast was very good for the salted-things, but with little choice for sweets. room was really cleaned, positioned in the centre of wien. we' ll go back there again soon

Quite an amazing hotel - everything was so relaxed and laid back. The staff were extremely polite and helpful & the breakfast was excellent. Location was ideal for all the sights,with the oldest inn in Vienna just around the corner & serving great cuisine. Would definately stay here if visiting Vienna again.

Great location: 2 blocks from Schwedenplaza; 3 blocks from Stephansplaza. Take any underground train from these two hubs to any point including the airport. Great breakfast! Best morning meal of all our accommodations during the 17-day trip. The best beds during our travels and the best restaurant recommendations by staff. Air-conditioned rooms were a nice plus during our July visit. They even pressed my dinner jacket at no charge! We are recommending this property to friends who are visiting next year. This was my favorite hotel in all of Europe. I dont know where to start. The Hollman is a gem. Everything was perfect, the room, the breakfast, the staff. They could easily charge double for the rooms for what they provide making this hotel an exceptional value. I loved it, every minute and did not want to leave Vienna just so that i could stay here another night. It is very close to the city and all the sights. Wonderful!

I found the Hollmann Beletage absolutely perfect. The interior decration was exactly to my taste,modern and interesting, the staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast delicious (and it served till 11am which I like). It was also situated in a very convenient part of the Inner Stadt. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes a break from traditional hotels. Karen Hatch, London
