Good! The location is excellent. The tram stop is in front of the hotel and the U-Bahn (metro) is 750 m away (2 tram stops - 10 minutes walk).

We were a group of 9 on our way from Slovakia to Hallstatt, Austria. This was a 1 night stop. Not bad. Metro was only 4-5 min walk and area was safe. Many bakeries were nearby. Two computers in lobby with free internet access were a hit with our young adults. Good value. Would stay closer to historical sites if staying longer than a night or two. No A/C but it was not required.

Top budget hotel, easy to reach all Viennas "must see"s thanks to its perfect transport system. The rooms spacious, clean, quiet, big bathroom with hairdryer. There are 2 supermarkets (Spar, Billa) in a 100 m distance, and an extremely good value Italian restaurant Bella Donna with really delicious meal.

-The best of this hotel is its location and probably the acceptable stay costs for rooms. -The good thing is that Subway (U3), Tram (46) and Bus (48A) are extremely close to the hotel. -Rooms are spatious and clean. -Be careful when choosing & booking double bed rooms for couples and leave your preferences in the section of “comments”. Otherwise, you will get a double room with two separetely located beds. -Receptionists’ manners might seem to you sometimes curt and unpolite. Just don’t expect any smiles and courtesy. - The breakfast (5 euros) is really worthy with a variety of breads, juices, etc. -On the corner of the Hotel you may find two “Gasthaus” where the typical austrian food is served and it’s much cheaper than in the city centre.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The staff are not very friendly but the room was quite comfortable. It is ok for a day or two if you are not fussy about space.

V enjoyed r stay.well connected with city center.v used the CAT return transfer from Vienna Intl airport with free public transport. I recommned that strongly if u dont have your own car.CAT helped us check in r luggage on r way back and gave us extra time to spend in Vienna. The breakfast was wholesome & at 5Euros per person is value for money.good internet facility but weak coverage in the rooms. The staff were very helpful when asked for help. The tram and bus stop is at the hotel door and has excellent connections, with the U3 being one tram stop away.Have to be careful with the lift as it does not hav a separate door. So dont lean towards the outside and children shud be away from the door side. v wil definitely stay here again wen v r in Vienna.

Stayed here for two nights, while visiting Vienna for sightseeing during our vacations. We were 3 persons: I, my wife, and my daughter (12). The room was very spacious. It was number 411 (the only room at the 4th floor). The layout of the room was funny. There was an antechamber, where the toilet (without washstand) was located. The washstand was in the first room with the double bed. And there was a second room with a single bed and with the shower. The room was somewhat noisy: noise came both from the street (mostly in the morning when the traffic began) and from the lift engine, which was located nearby. The lift itself only came up to the 3rd floor. For us the noise was not a problem. However, if you are sensitive to noises, you should choose another location. We took the breakfast (5 euro per persone, not included into the room price), and it was quite good, definitely worth the price. There is nothing special about the nearest surroundings of the hotel. But the connection is good. Just two stops by a tram or 5 minutes walk and you are at the U-station (Ottakring), then it takes about 15 minutes to reach the center of Vienna. Alternatively, you may go there directly by tram (46). If you take tram line 10, then it takes about 15 minutes to reach Schönbrunn. We were quite content with the hotel.

Very good room facing the price. Unfortunately the toilet was a deception. It was a plastc cabine (seems like an ecologic toilet), placed in a corner of room. Very small (1.5x1.5meters). You cannot ”do” anything, if you are claustrophobic. A bad point is the car parking. The hotel have not a parking. So you have to find in neighbourhood a place when parking is allowed, or to pay 9 euro by day to park two street ago, in a parking place. Breakfast was ok for 5 euro. Anyway, keep out of room E12 and its toilet.

Nothing that can be said about this hotel is relevant except and because of the following: BEDBUGS! We were thrown at a room that was INFESTED with bedbugs. Unfortunately, we had never seen this pest and didn't recognize it, only when back home is that we learned how dangerous they are and how the room had signs of a major infestation. When we complained about some bugs in the room to the staff, they look surprised and said "it was probably something flying in from the trees". LIE. It's a well settled bedbug infestation and they are knowingly putting people in there. If you don't know what bedbugs can do, as we didn't, just know that they are extremely easy to take home with you and turn your life into a nightmare. Read about them.

The position of the hotel is very good. It's easy and quick to get into the centre of Vienna using the U-bahn station that is a few minutes' walk away. The local area has a supermarket and several other shops close by, and we also found a pleasant restaurant (the Thalia) that offered large portions at good prices in a garden setting. The rooms are compact, but well designed and one of the receptionists was very friendly and helpful. The garage is a bit inconvenient being across the street from the hotel, but it was good to have somewhere secure to leave the car so that we did not have to drive while we were in Vienna.

Very nice and spacious room, actually we got an appartment for the same money although we reserved a double room. Hotel is not new and modernly equiped, but it is very well preserved and with quality. Take care not to park your car in the car service station yard next to the hotel (although there is no clear sign, this is forbidden because it has nothing to do with the hotel).

Room for single-bed is very small, though all basic features are present Transportation good, tram stop in front of hotel, 2 stops to metro U3 (Ottakring), then 8 stops (10 min) to center (Ring), running frequently untill midnight. Acceptable price/quality.

Meals at the hotel were unimaginative and basic. Hotel reception staff were grumpy and unhelpful, it seemed as though we were interrupting their space. We were both very ill with food poisoning and staff couldn't care less, offered no sympathy or understanding of our needs.Wouldn't recommend.

Well, i would say that the hotel was good for the price that I paid. Since I was travelling to a conference I used the hotel facilities to a bare minimum.. However, I would say that the room, the bed linen and the toilet were spotlessly clean. An ancient.. i would call it heritage.. lift awaits you at Hadrigan. I didnt have the guts to use it after my first ride, but it was perfectly funćtional and safe I guess! The tv in the room was not at a comfortable angle.. placed high enough to be comfortable to watch. Do not expect to use WLAN in your room, but you can use it at the lobby. All in all, a comfortable and clean hotel at a low price.

The hotel is good, a 3 stars and it's not in the centre of Vienna but it's well connected by tram (in front of the hotel) and metro (about 400 metres walking). The breakfast is not included in the price and it costs 5 euro but I donno how is it cause I never took it there.

Hi, This is a quite nice hotel, while the surroundings and noise isolation are not the "best". Tramway directly to the center etc., this place remains a good one to have a rest place for a week-end.(Guy at the entry really sympatic ;))
