Major disadvantage is the hotel's policy with WiFi - they wanted to charge us $30 flat to get access. No question about length of stay or usage - just a $30 ripoff even though we only needed it for a few minutes a day! This was a disappointment - thank goodness for free WiFi at McDonalds about 2km away. Otherwise location is great - right near rail stations and easy walking distance to the main attractions.

I stayed the first time at this hotel. The service is in line with expectations for a hotel with 4 stars. Staff in the hotel are very friendly and communicative, willing give the best service at any time. I am very pleased with the relationship prices, services, locations of this hotel. Austrian people are very polite and attentive, stay was very pleasant. Best regards from Sombor - Serbia.
