I spent 3 nights in the hotel. The room was very small with a single small bed but very quiet. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The bad point is that the hotel is poorly situated in the suburb of Vienna, at 30minutes from the Center. The U-bahn station is at 10minutes walk from the hotel. That was not clearly indicated on the web site . I recommend the hotel for young people or travellers with car. Last point : I pay 8 Euros more than expected but since I forgot to print the reservation I have not been able to discuss.

it is acually further than what it seem on the map, althouh they were vdery helpful , there in not much to do in the surroundind and definate need for a car for transportathon , the hotel is quite clean but the aneminities is basic for a 3 star hotel , with no air conditioning .

We were very lucky to be able to book double rooms in this hotel for €80/night. At this rate, the hotel quality/price ratio and overall impression is "Superb!" (days later when I checked the prices again, they upped the double room to €112. maybe you can get a downtown room for this price, but if you want to stay in a small and cosy hotel, surrounded by quiet, green and select neighbourhood [it's Schönbrunn after all] then this should be the place for you) Their description about the hotel is very accurate, even if short. Maybe the pictures should be updated with more colourful ones (they are a bit dark now)

Das Hotel liegt ziemlich am Stadtrand. Es ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erschlossen, jedoch nicht ideal gelegen, wenn man sehr rasch im Stadtzentrum sein will. Die Leistungen des Hotels an sich sind gut.

From the highway A1 take the exit Zentrum. At the 4th intersection turn right into Hietzinger Hauptstraße.
From the highway A2, A3 or A4 take the exit Wiental, following the indications to Schönbrunn Palace. At the 9th intersection turn left and continue along Hietzinger Hauptstraße.
By train
From the Westbahnhof railway station take underground line U6 to Längenfeldgasse, change to underground line U4 and get off at Ober St.Veit.
By airplane
From Vienna airport take the city airport train (CAT) to Wien-Mitte, change to underground line U4 and get off at Ober St.Veit.
