Disent and correct but bathroom looks a bit asketic. If you are coming by car that is not your place-there is no hotel parking place and you need to count additional parking fee. Some ten minutes to nearest U bahn for older people could be the burden

Room was stuffy, as window only opened a smell amount. TV services (e.g. radio, wake up call) didn't work, front desk doesn't care. Biggest gripe, directions from the Schottentor U-Bahn station are NOT CORRECT, and the closest station is actually Rossauer Lande.

Centrally located, though no underground stations are in the area, tourists can use FIVE streetcar lines which pass nearby (150/200 metres away from the hotel).Clean quiet rooms and friendly personnel.Lots of shops and bars -and one AIDA:excellent for breakfast!-in the surrounding streets.Breakfast in the hotel is NOT cheap :11 euro for each person, yet the buffet is worth the expense. If I go back to Vienna, I will stay in this comfortable simple hotel very willingly

The hotel overall was very nice. My only problem was that the rooms were tiny! There was hardly room to move with two people. The other annoying thing was that we could hear the lift going up and down from our room. Otherwise, staff are excellent and very welcoming.

Lovely clean hotel, spacious rooms and an excellent (if pricey) breakfast. Welcoming and friendly staff. A little bit of a walk out of the centre of town but it didn't pose too much of a problem. All in all we throughly enjoyed our stay!

On arrival into Munich it was a very hot day. So, it was a little disappointing to find out that the hotel did not have airconditioning. However, the staff was very helpful and provided us with a fan. The rest of our days in Munich were not terribly hot. Therefore, a fan was sufficient. And the room was on the last floor, so we opened the windows and did not hear any of the traffic below. It was a great stay.

It was quite hot and stuffy without air-conditioning. The location was quite hard to find. Above average hotel other than the fact that it did not have air-conditioning.

Hostesses are clever and give you very good explanations (especially on public transport in Vienna); moreover, they are pleasant The area of the hotel is close to the historical centrum of Vienna Prices are fairly high, and breakfast is not so royal as it's cost..! The hall is rather small, but you do not live in it The stay was globally very pleasant

Employees were very nice, willing to explain any question we had. Breakfast was expensive (13euros), but there are several coffeterias a block or 2 away where you can eat for less. The hotel is nearer to downtown than we expected from the maps on the internet, it is walking distance.I would recommend this hotel and would stay there if I came back to Vienna

A very good hotel. Very good customer service, nice and competent personnel. We had a small room, but good enough for our needs. Very good idea with the bar and free internet downstairs by the reception. The hotel is located only 10 minutes walking from Vienna downtown core. We will stay there again and will not hesitate to recommend it to our friends travelling through Vienna.

Overall, Arcotel Boltzmann was a great value and a nice place to stay. Pros: friendly and very helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet, clean rooms, quiet location, nice bar. Cons: hard mattresses (like stone slabs) w/ no available extra blankets to cushion our sleep, very small room, room was next to elevator which we could hear running all night.

Extremely friendly and obliging staff. located convieniently to public transport and charlie Ps the irish pub. €11 for a buffet breakfast is very expensive though. the rooms though spotless were smaller than the photograph seemed to suggest. otherwise no complaints.

THe only issue we had was that as residents of the HOtel the Bar should have been open for as long as we wanted to drink. Rather than having to use the Mini bar!

The property was exactly as specified. The room was spotless and the minibar well stocked. The little extras in the bathroom were top quality. The staff were very friendly, spoke english and went out of their way to help us with a lost luggage problem. Would definitely stay here again.

I really loved the Arcotel in Zagreb, but this one didn't compare. The hotel was nice but the staff was not as friendly and they didn't have a workout room or sauna.

The website does not note that this hotel is situated across from a university. Was generally very quiet but there are some dorms/student housing on the street. Is very convenient to the trams with easy access to the center of town.

I do not recommend staying in this hotel in July - August since it does not have air conditioning in most of the rooms - a bit of a shock given that it is a '4-star' hotel. Also the breakfast is much too expensive at 11 Euro.

We enjoyed our staying (it's clean, quiet and close to the city center). The only reservesions are: 1. No aircondition (!!!), luckily the weather was excelent. 2. The hotel Charges 38 Euro for late checkout. 3. The price of breakfest 11 Euro per person, seems to me too expensive. 4. I still don't know if the botle of Mineral water (on the desk) with the hotel regards is free of charge or cost 4.90 as the price tag on it (therefor I didn't use it).
