Nice and clean rooms, it is recommenable to book a room for three when you are two. Hotel is located in an old, residential quarter of Vienna (Seat of the American consul to Austria is only two blocks away). A bus line starts directly in front of the hotel. Schönbrunn palace is in walking distance. There's usually a free parking lot for your car, which is rare in Vienna. The hotel employees have the typical Viennese charm; always friedly, but straight forward. Overall a good place to stay for first-time Vienna explorers.

Service people are the most enjoyable during visit. Hotel restaurant has few menu and not deserve the price, plus should have English menu. Buffet breakfast is not satisfied with limited kind of offerings. Anyway, room is renovated, clean and functioning. All are in general.
