The hotel is located slightly off the main tourist attractions, but in a quiet and neat neighbourhood. Easy access to almost every place from the metro station which is 5 mins walk away, including the ring tram station. Hotel is big spacious rooms with larger almirah's and luggage space. Slightly high on price but otherwise good for a 1-2 day stay.

Albergo pulito, curato, situato su una strada molto silenziosa, vicino al centro turistico della città e ottimamente servito dai mezzi pubblici. Da migliorare la varietà delle proposte per la colazione.

A pleasant, friendly family run hotel in a reasonably quiet area of Vienna, but close to the main streets, museums and galleries, restaurants ansd public transport links. The hotel was nicely decorated and provided a good buffet brakfast and clean, well appointed rooms.

The hotel Bajazzo is clean and conviniently located in Vienna, close to Burse Tram and Wencesslas Cathedral. The hotel is basic, small rooms and bath but the location and prices are ideal.

Nice small hotel, very good for this price. Not far from the centre - about 7-10 min by foot to St'Stephan Cathedral. Very quiet. Good breakfast. No hairdrier in the room.

Very nice small hotel, sutably located within walking distance of major attractions. Breakfast is enough. Hot water and batteries work perfectly. And as special plus - receptionist helped me very much with sending confirmation form since it was necessary for visa application.

A bit creepy and outdated hotel (furnitures, sheets), although the staff is really competent and helpful. Rooms are not up to the price paid for the stay (110 Euros per night), and definitely is not to what I would expect for a 3-stars hotel. A requested double bed has become two beds together.

Hotel was great. I stayed in a single room which was quite small but was fine for me. The only size related problem is that the shower was very small and I kept banging my elbows against the wall. The staff was friendly and relatively useful though at one point the guy in the reception couldnt tell me which are the Tram lines which stop near the hotel. The location is very good - close to many bars and pubs (10 minutes walk) and very close to public transport. one tip - on getting from the airport take the tram and not the direct train - it is less convenient but much cheaper.

Très bons petits déjeuners / very good breakfast Très bien situé : permet de visiter à pied la cité historique, tram à côté également / ideally situated Dommage que le premier jour la femme de chambre ait jeté nos guides, magazines et journaux, ce qui a fait beacoup rire l'équipe / a pity the maid threw away our papers, guides and magazines on first day, which make the team laugh

It's a quite and very well located place. Rooms are confortable and have all the services required. Breakfast is quite good, but perhaps not so varied. Relationship between price/quality is similar to other hotels in Austria.

A nice hotel, nothing special, but a good place to stay if on a short visit. Very helpful reception, and clean rooms. A nightmare to find by car, as there are far too many one way streets. Apart from that good value for money.

The hotel is OK, and very well located to vosit the city centre. However, we had no hot water for two mornings. The girl on duty the first morning was unaware of the problem, and said that it was to take some time (it was a saturday). That evening, the man at the reception showed some surprise when we asked about it, saying that everything was OK. However, the next morning, the water at the bathroom was again freezing. No apology, nor explanation (of course, not price compensation !!) were offered.

Location excellent: both central and quiet. And the price is good. Also, very good service. Only problem: my room was quite small, and it had a slightly unpleasant odor, caused, I believe, by cleaning materials.
