I stayed for 2 nights. I had asked for a quiet room and indeed I could sleep with my windows open, my room was on the quiet side of the hotel. As a single traveller I was given a double room but I had the impression that one of the beds had been used. The water in the shower went off very slowly, there was something wrong. The staff was friendly and helpful. I could have my room two hours before check in time. Breakfast was OK but by no way special and totally overpriced at € 13. I appreciated that the tube was very close.

Very helpfull staff, responsable, nice, kind, intelligent. Nice neighborhood, very civilized people, thoe you dont think this way at first sight. A slightlly not so good aspect is yhat it is not specified so clearlly that the breakfast is not included, but, what could somebody ask for a price as low as 56 euros/night. Over all, nice place, nicest people.

The hotel is easy to reach by metro, which is quite close to the entrance, there's a neighbouring shopping mall and you won't find it hard to arrive to the very city centre including historical sights eitehr on foot or by metro. Our stay there during our holidays was pretty nice, the staff was responsive and helpful.

The hotel is very conveniently located near subway & tram station. Free lounge internet and nearby mall (exit the hotel and walk into the mall) also useful. Staff is incredibly helpful and professional. The rooms are spacious and even if the furniture and fixtures are a bit old, overall impression was OK. Not exactly a 4* hotel (maybe the executive suites fit the rating), but I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to visit Vienna during the day and have a nice rest at night.

I have to say that was a good accomodation, only a problem with a smell of onion caused by the kithcen close to our room, but we didn't tell nothing to the employees. Very good break-fast (but not included in the price)

The hotel is not so easy to be reached by car, there are lots of one ways all arround, but the sourrounding is ok, center of the city is easy to reach. Hotel room was ok, but in the bathroom you could breath the kitchen's smell in the morning, maybe because it was a very small room closed to the breackfast room.

Hello, we visited Vienna for weekend (5 people) for sights. The hotel is near the center (1/2 of hour by walk), near the subway (3 minutes). Rooms in hotel were very clear, spacious and quiet. Bathroom was very clear and spacious. It was very very good hotel with good price and I can recommend to you stay here, when you will visit Vienna.

For a 4 star hotel, it would be possible to have some rigs like rolling shutter or heavy curtains to avoid light in the early morning.

The room we were given bore NO resemblence to the rooms displayed on the website; our room was old, scruffy and smelly. The curtains did not cover the full width of the windows and were made of very thin material. The beds were old and sagged. The hotel is situated in an area that I did not feel safe in

Excellent quality; location absolutely satisfactory: one block from metro station, 1/2 from shopping center. Excellent metro system; Internet service very useful; employees very well informed and concerned with the street map; very polite and with good handling of English (and perhaps of many more languages); ample size of everything. Illumination and cleanliness remarkable.

Hotel was reasonably located from the Wien Westbahnhof train station. Walking took us about 30 minutes to reach. Main road was under construction but it was manageable. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable in catering for tourist needs. Supermarket right next door to buy the essentials and good access to tram & underground syste.

Surprisingly during our stay (June'08) the hotel was under construction with technics and pits on the street. every day they started drilling by 9am. the money was blocked on my account 3 days before my arrival with 25% overage. and still was not unblocked within 7 days after my departure. the U-bahn station next to the hotel is on the line which does not pass through the city centre. so you have to change the line always if you go to the city centre.

The hotel is not at walking distance from tourist attactions. You have to take a bus or metro to sites. Bus/Metro stop is less than a block away. Hotel is not welcoming, cold and staff not accesible. Four star rating is greatly exagerated, deserves less.

Tutto bene per il soggiorno, ma al ritorno a casa ho avuto una pessima sorpresa. Alla mia carta prepagata erano state sottratte, a mia insaputa, 110Euro!!!!!

The hotel is located in 2 different buildings. I was sleeping in the new one, and my agent was on the old building. The rooms of the new one are really perfect! Very clean, with a design style, plasma television and internet wireless connection for free. The best. The room on the old building are a little bit less nice, and without internet. But my staying was perfect.

My girlfriend and I spent a long week end in Vienna in October, in this nice, modern part (brand new) of the hotel Atlantis. What we enjoyed above all is the proximity of the subway!!! You have to walk less than 2 minutes to be in the station, the indications are so clear (you know how long you have to wait for the next train, in general less than 4 minutes), then 6 stations later (including a short connection), you're right downtown.. Perfect! Easy also to go to Schonbrunn Castle, 5 stations including one connection. Morevover, the staff is very nice, helpful, and serves you a delicious buffet for breakfast (10 euros, not included in the room). We would highly recommend this perfect hotel for a nice stay in Vienna, so convenient to visit the city !!

Very nice hotel with a very nice, clean room with very helpful employees. Very close to the west train station and right next door to a mall with groceries, stores, food, etc. Also very close to public transportation. The hotel had internet computer in the lobby but it did not work on some sites (such as Yahoo mail). Quite a bit of street noise but understandable considering the location. The only disappointment is the neighborhood. We walked from the train station to the hotel by numerous sex shops and this is not a neighborhood I'd feel safe walking around at night. I don't want to put down this excellent hotel though. It seemed the best thing in the neighborhood and a bit out of place.

The staff were most helpful and had good English. The room we stayed in was no.218(as far as I recall) and was not 4 Star Accommodation. I was disappointed with our room and would have expected 3 star to be just as good. Breakfast was very wholesome and very enjoyable.

The whole experience during my stay at Atlantis Vienna was very good. The service was good and the hotel employees were courteous and helpful.
