Hotel Arkadenhof - Vienna

We felt that the rooms were not very clean, and we also got this impression at the dining room. They made us dine at a table with a dirty tablecloth, even though I pointed this out to the waiter. And although it was our fault, and we recognise this we thought it was unfair of them to charge us the extra night since there were a lot of crowds that would fill the room after our departure. It's not like they would not get their money back. We stayed in two other hotels while in Austria and their service was great!

Very well, the only problem is tha parking.

Two nights

I stayed four nights at the Arkadenhof in May 2008. The hotel was OK. Everything was correct but nothing special. However there were many little things that made me think it doesn't really deserve one of its four stars. For instance, the bathroom was quite small, when you sat in the toilet, the toilet paper pushed in your shoulder, and the shower head felt more like a sprinkling irrigation device. I paid 90€/night, but 70€ would have been more adequate for what the hotel has to offer. And the regular price of 162€/night is way too much.

Pleasant hotel that would struggle to justify its 4-star rating. Spacious room and good breakfast. Out of the centre of Vienna but good U-bahn link a short walk away.

I missed the sauna and/or fitness room. Otherwise I was pleased with the services. Food and room was all right. Parking - we had to do it in the neighboring hotel, but it was not so far so it was OK but a little bit uncomfortable.

Hotel mit der U6 bequem vom Westbahnhof zu erreichen. Der U-Bahnhof "Nussdorfer Straße" jedoch herunter gekommen. Bahnhof macht keinen gepflegten Eindruck, man fühlt sich dort nicht sicher, besonders wenn man als Frau nachts allein unterwegs ist. Unmittelbare Umgebung des Hotels weniger ansprechend. Hotel bietet kein Restaurant und hat auch keine sonstigen Wellness-Angebote. Zimmer, Zimmerservice und Frühstück jedoch in Ordnung und ihr Geld wert.

There is a good thing that is separation of room,s smoking no-smoking.hotel location is good.

The hotel was very nice, the room spacious and clean, the only little problem was the location, becouse is a little far from downtown, but comunicated with a bus and a tramway (we had to take both of them).
