Hotellet passar för alla kategorier av gäster. Dyrt att äta frukost på hotellet, men det finns gott om alternativ i närheten. Läget är bra, med gångavstånd till det mesta i centrum av Wien.

Very clean but not the best hotel, because we stayed in another hotel on june 29 and the price was lower,breakfast was included and the location was better ..

The hotel is in need of some renovation in both the rooms and the public areas as it is starting to look quite shabby. Given the price point and 4 star listing for the hotel I had higher expectations of the overall experience. Breakfast was also disappointing, once again for the stars and price the breakfast selection was limited and lacked creativity. On the positive side there were no issues with check-in or check-out, the hotel parking was expensive but very convenient and secure, and the location was excellent for sight seeing in Vienna.

Excellent hotel, very good location, very friendly and competent staff, very pleasant atmosphere. Only 'complaint': the pillows were rather thick. As 4 pillows are provided I would suggest to have 2 thick ones and two thinner ones.

Superb. Would recommend to anyone. Hint: park your car (if you drove there yourself) in the near-by garage under the Karlsplatz where you will only be charged 7€ for 24 hrs.

All was OK, I was just so surprised to pay for hotel garage. First we tried to park in front of hotel but it was impossible to buy parking cards somewhere around. Than we had to pay for hotel garage ... ??? it was our disappointment
