+ room sizes + ok breakfast ++ Location, close to the center and fun park +++++ Value for money - Cleanliness. For that amount of money I don't expect a new look type of room, but a dirty glass is really a fun breaker. Also, marks on the walls (spilled wein, or something like that) If you are going on business or to visit Vienna, and don't plan to stay in the rooms too much, this is the hotel for you: cheap and close to the center.

Not in the middle of the town (and that's good!) - but with a buss and tramp just around the corner you can reach everything quit easiely. I hope they will keep the same prices in the future - you get a lot for that money, and if we are going to visit Vienna once again it will certainly mean that we will stay in this hotel.

It's located a bit outside the town center but next to a tram station and you can reach St Stephanplatz in 20 min. We were a group of 4 people, I booked two double rooms and we got a suite on the top floor with two rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. The breakfast was included and is correct.

Location is not central but it is close to tram, bus and subway, which are very good in Viena. The room we had was spacious and even had the third guest in a separated room, which originally might have been the closet to the main room. Good breakfast. In snowy or rainy days it would help if the way into the hotel forced the cleaning and drying of the shoes. As it is, dirt and umidity is carried into the rooms. Which is just a small detail that doesn't invalidate the good points.

My room was very large with kitchen. However, the toilet and elevator were little bit small. The location was good for me because we could go major spots by uging public transportations.

Excellent accommodation! Spacious and comfortable rooms, new furniture, rich breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Free internet in the lobby (on one computer), wireless in the rooms for 5 euro/24 hours. Bus & tram station within a 5 minutes walk. Grocery store nearby (it does not accept any major credit cards, nor my Canadian debit cards, better have cash on hand). The price on venere.com was much better than the one on the hotel website. We enjoyed our stay there.

The room was very nice & bigger than we expected. Nice location, fairly quiet, close to streetcar stop. Good breakfast & overall excellent value. My only criticism is, the hotel is in fact 200 m from the Prater park (grass & trees), but actually 1.5 km to the Prater amusement park area.

I liked the hotel,it is close to the tram and the bus to go downtown. Breakfast is OK. What I didn't like was the fact that they didn't clean the apartment not once, and we stayed for 5 days. They took the garbage and changed the towels, but that was all. All in all I liked the hotel and I would come back again.

Personale gentile e disponibile.

Staff very competent and friendly. Room quiet and good. My only problem was to find our how to find it by public transport. I couldn't get any help there, but now I know for next time. The bed could have been more comfortable, and I was a little disappointed to have only a shower and not a bath as the photo showed. On the whole I was very happy with this hotel and will definitely return.

All except one employees were warm and welcoming and helpful. Even that one would be more welcoming if he cared for his job. I cannot but think of being able to hear LITERALLY everything from the people next door. Other than that it was a pleasant stay in an otherwise quiet and spacious room

This hotel is more like a building with apartments. It is nicely furnished, though the beds are little bit small, but comfy. There is a good connection from the hotel to the city center. It is located in very nice quiet area, there are villas across from the building. Overall, i would highly recommend it for the price1

The only bad thing of this hotel was the bed: not confortable at all, at least in rm 7, absolutely needing change. Sadly, an unconfortable bed is not of little importance. The rest is fine and the location is fantastic for any visit to Vienna thanks to the very good public transport.

While the rooms were very large and clean, and pretty much a small apartment, the managment attitude leaves something to be desired. When placing the booking I Noted that I would be bringing my dog with me and that even though pets were permitted to let me know on my cell (Handy) if there was a problem with this. When we went to check out the manager added an addition 15€ to the bill saying that this was the standard price everywhere in Austria. I mentioned that there was no mention of this on the web site and he completely ignored my argument. As he had my car in his garage and had not yet released it, I was forced to pay the amount but I would NEVER return to this hotel just on the principal. So, if you can put up with the typically Austrian attitude of billing you for something that you never knew about then by all means it's a nice place to stay.

Spacious, clean rooms and the presence of a mini kitchen(hob, fridge, kettle, utensils)a pleasant and useful surprise-saved money on lunch. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.Dining room and breakfast good. Small room with internet access available but no other public areas - good because it added to quietness. Easy access via public transport to main coach station, or a 20 min. walk. Would definitely use again.

This was our first time in Vienna and at Hotel Suite Hotel 200m zum Prater. Sum it up...GREAT EXPERIENCE! While the hotel is just outside the center of town, it's only a short walk to the underground metro and shorter to the bus stop. You can easily get to any of the sights within 30 minutes with a leisurely walk/metro. Traveling with 2 young children often makes it challenging to find a comfortable hotel in a reasonable proximity to sights. Thus, it made the spacious rooms a welcome change from the typical cramped spaces we've experienced when traveling. And being close to the Prater was fantastic! A great spot for taking a stroll, playing in the grassy fields, or taking advantage of the amusement park at the north end...an absolute crowd pleaser for the kids. We'd highly recommend this hotel for anyone, especially if traveling with kids.

We had a very good time in this hotel. The room was spacious and calm. Employees are polite and helpful. Breakfast was correct. It's very easy to go to the city centre : 10 min by tram and then 5 min by underground. We recommend this hotel for short or longer stays in Vienna.

Overall price/quality ratio is good. All the basics are there and the price is fair. The best part is the breakfast, which is quite rich. The rooms are spacious but too dull. Some minor investments would make it warmer. There is no lobby, the entrance area, the stairs and the lift give you the feeling of an appartment block rather than a hotel.

Some of the review questions do not really apply to this type of property since it is something of a self-service apartment. When I arrived, I found the key to the room in the lockbox as expected, and the suite was much larger than I had anticipated. It was close to public transportation and very near to most everything of interest. For someone who does not care about having a concierge, but instead wants a very large suite with two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms in a nice, safe area of town, all for a good price, this property is perfect. For that matter, I never saw the custodial personnel and only saw with the property manager twice. It really is as transparent as having your own furnished apartment for your stay. There were plenty of conveniences within 1-2 city blocks such as apothecary, food market and the like. The only things I did not rate as excellent were rated as such because I do not have enough information to fill them out.
