Good hotel. Car parking is in a public parking station approx 1 block away.

Good hotel, a little bit outside of the centre (15-20 minutes walk), but very quiet and friendly. Room was small, but clean and convenient, I had no problems there. I would recommend this hotel to people who wants to save money and have good lodging in walking distance from main tourist areas. I would not recomment this hotel for those, who need big space or excellent service or for those who's going to spend much time in the room

We had checked the price on venere the same day as arriving in Vienna but had not booked the room. When we came to the hotel they quoted us a price 30 or 40 euros more pr. night than the price on venere so we went to the nearest internet shop and got the reservation for the online price. We stayed last summer during a heatwave (arround 40c) so it would have been extra nice with aircon in the room but we had a very plesant stay and can only reccomend the hotel.

For €122 per night I expected a lot more. Hotel is dated, breakfast area and reception consist of a bare minimum; bathroom was not in best condition; the room was absolutely boiling but we couldn't regulate the radiator. We poined the problem out at 5.00 pm. By 11.30 pm nothing has been done about it. It was impossible to sleep in the room as opening the window would have meant street noise coming in. Eventually somebody came and after 2 attempts brought a device to regulate the radiator. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again and most definitely not at this price!

Very cosy, quiet, and welcoming hotel just next to the Belvedere castle and gardens. The staff is very nice and helpful. Overall impression is very good. 2 remarks, however : - heating temperature was much to high and could not be set - the hotel is situated in an area with many embassies. It is difficult to find a restaurant in the neighbourhood, and one needs to walk quite a bit However these remarks remain minor compared to the quality of the hotel.

We have a double room - very nice and clear. Not expensive and worth their price. In very nice and safe surrounding. Near metro and centum of Vienna. Bardzo miły, czysty pokój, warty swojej ceny. Bardzo cicha i miła okolica. Blisko centrum i metra. Polecamy ten hotel.

Overall decent sized room, but it was in need of cleaning. There was a smushed fly stuck to the wall and the carpet was dirty. They also did not provide us with two pillows and blankets eventhough we book a double. Hotel was close to tram and subway stations and in an extremely quiet neighborhood.

The Clima Cityhotel in Vienna is small but offers almost expected service and accommodation a traveller can normally expect: accurate and forthcoming hotel receptionist and night porter, appropriate breakfast area, nice room with a good bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom, and private room safe as additional service. The television distribution in the room was without surprises for Austria, but it is a bit disappointing that no international English spoken television channel (like BBC news or CNN) or international French spoken television channel (like TV5 Monde) is distributed in the hotel. The surrounding area is very quiet; the rooms at the hotel front side have a nice view over a green area and the scenic city roofs. The distance to the old city centre is largely counterbalanced by the proximity of the U-Bahn and the Upper Belvedere Palace.

Lovley, safe, quiet location. Very friendly, chatty front desk staff. Reasonable buffet at breakfast. next to Embassy with Policeman on corner of street at all times. Metro 5 mins walk away, beautiful Palace ( art gallery now) and gardens 5 mins walk. Very cheap, friendly internet cafe on way to metro. Great value for centre of Vienna

The room equipment was a bit seedy, but the room was clean and the hotel placed really in the center. Just few steps from the Belveder. The reception was very friendly and tried to be also helpful. I would definitelly consider this hotel for staying in Vienna next time.

We do not recommand to people with children to go there: 1. no baby's beds and other child facilities. 2. We asked for a cooler room (it was more than 30 grades at this third level), they answered there were nothing better, but a friend of mine in the 2. floor was really better!! They gave us only a little fan... I heard they will install the air-conditioning next year. 3. Cleaning is not their best quality... Staff is to a commercially point of view very friendly.

rooms and public spaces were simple but very nice. The hotel is clean and tidy, rooms are big enough to feel confortable. The area is nice and well served also at night with two nightbuses stopping 50 meters away from the entrance. Definetely a good pick!

The hotel is in very near to castle Belvedere and near to the centre of Wien. We enjoyed this fact. But the rooms are dirty (under the bed and in the edges of the room and all rooms are only for smokers, we booked a non-smoker room. The recepion stuff is not qualified for this job and most of the time they are talking at the telephon privately. We complained about the smoke in our room and a damaged water basin in the bathroom. Nothing happened. The nights were very hot, there is no air-conditioning and only a small window to open. Outside the hotel at night there was much noise. The only thing that we have to mark is the very frindly and competend stuff at the breakfast buffet. The breakfast was fine, but we missed some eggs. - But it´s okay. We will never go to this hotel again. It´s to expensive and dirty.

We stayed at this hotel on a week night, Thursday and into the weekend nights. The traffic on Thursday night and Friday morning was intolerable but quieted down going into the weekend. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful with tours. Breakfast on Sunday was a problem as someone did not show up for work but it was fine on Friday and Saturday. Our nine passenger van did not fit into the arranged parking but the staff found a surface lot that was guarded. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Wenceles Square and a 5 minute walk to the subway. Good value for money.

In TV disponibili i maggiori canali europei (RAI 1 e RAI 2 incluse). Luca

When we got our room we found remainings of broken glass on the carpet. We figured it hadn´t been vaccumed for some time since we also found dust and other particles. We nicely explained this to the Front Desk Clerk and she promised she would call the maid. When we arrived late at night we discovered that nothing had been done. The splinters of glass was still on the carpet by the bed so we kept our shoes on the entire stay. The morning after I told the same clerk about the remaining problem. She was SOOO sorry - Big help for us who had been walking around in our big wintershoes when moving between bathroom and bed. When checking out she charged us for the coffee(!)we had at arrival as we had to wait for our room to get set - ready for check in! I did expect some compensation for the inconvenience - but NO!

We enjoyed a very plesant weekend here with our family in 2 rooms. The Zentrum ws easily accessible by foot or U-Bahn. We did not need to pay for parking during the day and there was plenty of street parling during the PM outside the hotel. Breakfast was OK with fruit cereals yoghurt bread and cheese. The restaurant bar was welcome after a very cold day sight seeing and we were able to get a much welcome warming beverage.

Nice hotel - good location - next to the underground (3 minutes). 10 minutes to the city center (walking). Good value for money.

After making the reservation with venere.com for a double room I sent another email to the hotel to ask for two beds and check-in at 10pm. The hotel said this was no problem but normally they only hold reservations until 6pm. The map from venere.com was not very accurate (there were many missing streets between Sudbahnhof and the hotel. The rooms were nice, the bathroom was perfect. The only complaint is the carpeting was very worn. I was very happy with my stay, especially for the money (58 euros I think).
