Things were good, overall. Had a small misunderstanding regarding the payment, but it cleard out fine, eventually. The room was big and clean. Breakfast was good, but you should come early.

Overall good stay but still a few surprises. Hotel was not very centrally located so your are dependent of buses. Design is very simple, I would have expected more of a hotel named the Art Hotel.

An excelent hotel. I will recomend it to others :D.

The presence of wireless network inside the rooms is very important and useful during a business trip .

L'albergo si è rilevato sotto le mie aspettative. Non conosco gli standard degli alberghi in Vienna ma nel dubbio, in un prossimo viaggio, ne proverei un altro.

Ottimo hotel. Personale gentile e qualificato, disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Colazione varia ed abbondante.Camere semplici, pulite e funzionali. Perfettamente servito dai mezzi pubblici che a Vienna sono eccezionali. In 10 minuti si e' in pieno centro. Lo consiglierei senz'altro

Bien en général. Bon accueil, bon buffet pour petit déjeuner, bons transport vers centre ville. Connexion internet wifi impossible mais ordinateur à disposition gratuitement. Chambre donnant sur rue, bruyante car obligation de laisser la fenêtre ouverte la nuit.

A nice hotel handy to shops, however it lacked air conditioning.

The staff on reception were excellent and were able to offer us advice on where to go what buses to take etc. This service is really what made the stay so enjoyable and is what would make me want to come back.

We went to Vienna for a weekend trip and wanted to stay close to the Naschmarkt. So we found this hotel, which was perfekt. Only ten minutes by bus to the center and close to the underground. We just needed something to stay, nothing extraordinary and were offered a spaciuos, clean and quiet room. Helpful and friendly stuff, we will definitely stay there again.

Profile matched the actual hotel completely so we knew entirely what to expect. It is a contemporary hotel for those on a budget in vienna which is an expensive city. There are lots of buses 10mins walk away which take you into the city centre or to the train to go further afield and in the nearby vicinity there are some cheerful restaurants to eat at.

Very nice people, all english or french speaking We had a very big room, incl small kitchen for the same price as a regular room! very quiet and clean Buffet breakfast was very good and gave us a lot of choice Good location, close to the bus wich leads in 10 min to city centre. What I dislike a little was the neighbourhood, not many restaurants and thigns to do but a small restaurant

A bit difficult to find since it's not on a well-known street. Easy to catch the trem and buses, definitely not close to the center. Room was on the small/cozy side, clean, neat and decorated with a touch of fun-ness. Breakfast was nice, with cold and hot selection, but not varied for different days. I also noticed that only older people ate breakfast and we were the only young people there. I don't know if it's because the youngsters haven't woken up yet or if majority of the people staying are older. The reception is very helpful with directions, bookings for concerts and random questions. Free internet is also a plus, even though it kicks you out at random times. Overall, a great stay.

If you want to be right in the centre and are not prepared to take a short bus ride this is not for you but we really liked this hotel, it offers good value with a very comfortable room and a decent breakfast. Recommended.

Spacious, nice rooms. Clean. Modern. Bout 40 min walk to middle of town but right next to underground station- 15 mins on that. They overbooked us for one night but booked us into their slightly nicer sister hotel nearby for same price. Generally very pleased

My preferred opinion are: Breakfast was very good and various. Free internet access. So close to the city center, bus is frequently and always in time.

Everything was ok, BUT when it's very hot it was a big problem for us without aircondition. No aircondition in hotel at all. Appart from this we enjoyed our stay in Vienna very much.If we return to Vienna we would like to stay at this hotel,but not in the summer. Our room was very small,but it was all clean and nice. We walked to the center of Vienna every day,not far,about 20 minutes.Vienna is the most beautiful city we ever have been to,so much to see there.

L'albergo è molto confortevole silenzioso e le camere spaziose anche se ua tenda per la luce non guasterebbe dato che alle 6 di mattina il sole mette a giorno la stanza.la colazione è davvero abbondante e con un semplice tram il 59a che passa da 200 mt dall'albergo sei in centro a Vienna. Lo consiglio vivamente davvero una bella struttura.

Good *** value. Average size room. Good breakfast with fried eggs and bacon. Free wireless in lobby. Public computer in lobby. Outside tourist area, residential city area. 10 minute bus ride to city center. Bus stop closeby. Restaurants close. Local shopping close.

Good hotel, friendly and helpfull staff

This hotel was a very good choise!!! Big, clean and quite rooms, very very good breakfast and childrens facilities... The price for use the garage is 10€ per day, a little expensive! Transport like bus and tram are 2min. walk from the hotel... What else??? We hope we'll return soon... We'll suggest it... Have a nice stay!!! Giamp

We travel often, and as far as decent hotels in Europe, this is certainly one of the best values. It was super clean and the access to public transportation was amazing. Breakfast was also great. Taxis to the opera district are only 10 euros. We would definitely stay here again and reccommend it to any family or friend. If you decide to fly, before booking with ryanair.com ... try and use other low fare airlines that fly into/out of vienna ... and not to Bratislava. It is sooo much more convenient and you save yourself so much time and money.

Good hotel for the price! It is not on the best street but that is no problem for once you get to the next big intersection you are off to see great wonders of Vienna. I would stay again!

This was the first time we stayed in Golden Tulip Art Hotel Vienna, and possibly not the last one. We had very pleasant stay; the hotel was very clean, the staff friendly (they even sent us something we left in our room), breakfast huge & tasty. There are two potential minor problems: rooms are quite small (which wouldn't bother you if you are happy couple and if you are not planning to stay for a long time) and hotel is not located right in the city center so you need to take public transportation (but if it was, the prices would certainly be higher). All together, we are very happy with our stay, and we kindly recommend the Golden Tulip Art Hotel to others.

A great Hotel with a cheap cost! Ideal fo spending a week-end like we did. Is placed in a quiet district of Vienna with a lot of restaurants and shops. It's easy to reach the centum by U4 from the station of pilgramgasse ( 5 minuts by walk and 5 by underground) or in 20 minuts by walk. The rooms are clean and fresh-looking. You can eat a great breakfast with large choice of products. The hotel is linked with an art gallery really nice to visit. I would suggest this hotel to a friend that is going to spend time in Vienna!!!

This was our first stay at a Golden Tulip hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised. The lobby is small and shares space with a bar, but the welcome from the staff is very warm, friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was clean and large, although one has to be cautious of steps leading to the food. The location is convenient to bus service, shopping and eating. I would highly recommend this hotel, and when I return to Vienna, I plan to stay there again.

L'albergo è carino e pulito. La posizione è ottima, in 5 minuti si arriva alla stazione dei treni westbanhof e a pochi passi ci sono le fermate degli autobus. Il personale alla reception è efficientissimo, dà tutte le informazioni necessarie, è molto gentile gentile e disponibile. La colazione è molto buona ed offre un buffet completo. Tutto quello che si legge sul sito corrisponde totalmente e molto utili si sono rivelate le indicazioni per arrivarci. Lo consigliamo.

E' stato veramente un piacevole soggiorno. Le camere sono molto spaziose e pulite. La colazione è varia e abbondante. In pochi minuti si raggiungono le fermate degli autobus che portano in centro. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo; albergo pulito, personale gentile. Un po' fuori dal centro, ma collegato molto bene con bus frequenti.

Good Hotel, Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. NOT EASY TO FIND if you don't own a detailed map of Vienna, location and directions published online are not precise and surroundings is not so nice but in 10 minutes by bus you're in the heart of Vienna. Un po' difficile da trovare, meglio non basarsi sulle informazioni presenti online e trovare l'indirizzo su una cartina dettagliata di tutta Vienna.

L'Hotel est bien situé à 10mm en bus du centre historique. l'hotel trés propre, nous avions une grande chambre au calme ! un petit déjeuné excellent ! nous avons adoré !!

Nice, clean and friendly hotel - great value for money. If only the street noise at night was less (local teenagers with cars meeting place - every night in front of hotel). Fantastic breakfast!

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer gegen den Innenhof, es war also sehr ruhig. Mit dem Bus ist man bequem in 10 Minuten in der InnerStadt.

Iwas nervous about booking this hotel but my fears were unfounded. This hotel is excellent value for money. The breakfast was very good with plenty of variety. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is spacious and very clean with plenty of towels. All in all we enjoyed our stay and met some really nice people.I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is beautiful. Incredibly large rooms and bathrooms. I didn't expect quite what I got. The location is a little far from all of the main sights, but the subway is easily accessible. I will stay there again if ever in Vienna.

The hotel and service are very good, only the location is not so good. I prefer a hotel nearly a metro or tram station.

The Golden Tulip is a nice and charming hotel. The room was clean and spacious, especially for this price (but it might be that we have received a bigger one than booked). The only drawbacks are that it is not really located in the city center and that the surroundings are not very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in the Golden Tulip again.

A very nice hotel for a cheap price. the hotel is quite far from the centre of the city, if you are a tourist, but is well served by public transits (bus line 59A at 200 mt). i didn't appreciate that in the room there are not darkening curtains, so at 6.30 in the morning the sunlight is like an alarm clock!

Obwohl ich nur 1 DZ für 2 Pers. gebucht und erwartet hatte, wurden wir in einem modern eingerichtetem Studio (Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, zusätzlich 1 Schlafzimmer, großes WC und Dusche und schöner Dachterasse mit Ausblick über die Dächer Wiens) untergebracht. Einfach Klasse!!

Nice clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff. bit outside the city centre but good and regular public transport. will use again if i return to vienna and the hotel chain elsewhere.

The staff were always friendly and helpful and on duty whenever we wanted them. They called taxis when we needed them and were helpful with local information about restaurants. The appartments on the opposite side of the road were roudy and I witnessed a fight in the street one day.
