We stayed for 3 nights. A good price. Good location (city + the bus to the airport). It would have been nice to be informed that the hotell was closing and that we couldn't have our luggage there our last day in Vienna. If we had known that we would have planned our staying differently.

is centrally located and after coming comprendimor the meaning of "hotel-season", meaning that during the year is a student residence. Worse, the front desk. They did not speak any Spanish, and being correct, they were very inexperienced in their work.

Desk staff should be better aware about the rules for use of the parking facilities. For the rest you get all you need in this hotel.

Simple, but perfect, big enough rooms, perfect for a short stay.

It was unpleasant, that we could occupy the room only after 4 p.m. There was only one person at reception, so we had to wait long. The breakfast was excellent, and the waiters too.

This hotel is exactly as described; "All You Need", modern and nothing fancy so ideal for people who want to get aout and about. Not the quietest hotel but in a rather more non-tourist area though still not far from where it's all at.

Well located, near the metro. The rooms are ok, but No AC, and the cleanliness should be improved. The breakfast is complete, but the coffee should be improved, and the staff is not very helpfull. But in the end for the price, the quality is good. Next time on Vienna I will chose other place, just because this one hasn't impressed me moutch.

Very basic, overall ok but the location was not good. Too far to the city, had an elderly lady with us. To underground not that close.

I was staying to weeks because of my job and really appreciate the quality of the room - new and spacious, cleaned every day. The hotel is next to the city centre, walking distance (15-20minutes) from the very center and the old part of the city (1 metro stop). There is aslo a nice small garden to rest a while or to take a cup of coffee, nice breakfast buffet I can recommend it to everyone

I was travelling with my 16-year-old daughter. People from the staff were very helpful, they sent me e-mails with the necessary info about means of transport to arrive at the hotel, also breakfast included was very good!

Single room was exremley spacious for a European room. As my flights were delayed I contacted hotel & advised them arrival time would be 1am not 1 pm, so they arranged staff member to be there after hours (reception closes around 11pm)to give me room key.Laundry facility, about 8 euros, is a great service
