The desk clerk seemed in a hurry to be rid of me upon arrival. He was in a hurry to explain parking, which is on an independent lot a block over. I had to ask where my room was because he did not take the time to tell me the location or any other particulars. The rest of the staff was excellent. Our room was immaculate in terms of cleanliness.
