Absolute perfect and clear hotel with all things a business traveller needs - accept the service into the restaurant, which was unfriendly when they noticed that you will not born and live in Vicenza. Therefor you really have to choose another restaurant to be satisfied. On the other hand the hotel themselve, the employees at the reception, the rooms, the parkings, the security: Much more positive than thought by that price and into that area. Complimento.

The only negative thing I can say was that it was advertised as having high speed internet available. To me that means that for the cost of the room I can plug my computer in the privacy of my room and surf. However what is available is a Wifi area in the lobby which is not free. The availability of internet was the only reason I made reservations at the viest over other hotels in the area. Honestly if I new the truth of the internet I would had booked at a cheaper hotel in the area.

My family and I thought this hotel was beautiful. Although, I do better if there is an elevator(lift), since I have a muscle disability; my husband liked our room so much he didn't want to change.
