My average rating of 7 would have been higher if the shower cubicle had been a bit bigger (it would be difficult for someone who was big to use the cubicle) and the cleaning service was poor - the first day they left the takeout dishes on the dresser and the second, the cleaning lady used her duster sparingly and did not vacuum the floor!

The air conditioning was not working properly. furthermore the trousers press was faulty and turned itself on all night. We had a hot night! Staff are friendly, the restaurant is quite dear and any other restaurants are in the town, €10 extra in taxi. We went to Vicenza for business, so its location was handy. However I would not advise this hotel if you are on holiday, it is too far from facilities and the town centre if you are walking.
