Our bedroom was named TINA and was wonderful. It was facing the promenade and was luxurious and steeped in history.Massive headroom and full of large antique furniture. Our single room was in the attic without air con and was very basic. The location could not have been better and we will definitely stay here again.

We stayed two nights and loved it. The first night was in a triple room which was not large but adequate. The second night we stayed in a suite which was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is located on the promenade across the road from the beach. It can be a little noisy because of its location but that is more than made up with the quality and proximity to everything. We would stay at this hotel again.

Checked in with the night manager who was an excellent welcomer. Rooms were spacious and beautiful. He recommended a wonderful and reasonably priced restaurant nearby not frequented by tourists.

Viareggio was a lovely base to explore the nearby cities. The beach is a stones throw away from the hotel, very clean and wide. Hiring a bike was a great way to explore. The hotel and all staff were lovely, and the position was fantastic. The large park has facilities to entertain children for hours. A great stay all round

Rooms were simple and functional decorated in keeping with the style of the hotel. There was ample choice at the breakfast buffet, even for late arrivals. Car parking is a bit of a problem. Close too beach, haute couture shops, restaurants, bars, park and markets.

Facilities as advertised on website when booking the holiday were only available at an extra local cost e.g. airconditioning/hairdryer/beach. The rooms had extra beds which were neither requested nor required, which meant space was at a premium.

Our family of four stayed at Villa Tina in Viareggio for 5 days in June 2006. We travelled in France and Italy for one month and this was our favourite property. We stayed in the Tina Suite on the first floor and the room far exceeded our expectations. It is spacious and beautiful. The balcony overlooks the main street along the ocean. The sunsets each night were spectacular. We would definitely like to return to Villa Tina. Karen Ottawa, Canada

After a long journey, with two small children in tow, we were met with a very warm and friendly welcome and shown to our spacious room. The pictures on the web page looked impressive, however they did not do the property justice as the actual property is breathtaking. The high ceilings, the stained glass windows, the period furniture, e.t.c. made for a very grand setting. We had a balcony with our room and could view the sea, which is no more than 50 yards from the hotel. Across the road there is a sandy beach and a number of eateries, the one the hotel suggested also had a pool so you could enjoy the sea or pool less than a minute from the hotel (both at a small cost). The staff at the hotel were very frienldy and welcoming and made sure that my children (aged 4 & 6) were comfortable and had everything they wanted. With Viareggio so easily accessible from Pisa, where we flew into, I would recommend this destination to anyone. A 30 minute train ride (train station located at airport) from Pisa and a 15 minute walk (or 3 minute taxi ride)at Viareggio, what could be easier. We spent most of our time on the beach, however I believe that there were lots of places to visit, either by hire car or train, if the desire took you.

We arrived very late due to train problems and the gentleman who received us was most accommodating despite the hour. Our room was held until we arrived. Nice, old fashined room, good breakfast.

Stanze piccole ma accoglienti. Albergo molto rumoroso: le pulizie nelle camere iniziano prestissimo, impossibile riposare oltre le 8:30 del mattino.
