I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Lupori very much. The owner is very helpful and kind and the employees were pleasant and efficient. Everything in the rooms worked properly and was clean. The hotel is handy for public transport and I liked it because it was in a quiet, "local" and "Italian" area of the resort.

A well run family hotel. The Lupori family made us feel at home and were always willing to give whatever information we needed. Both the owner and his daughter were fluent in Italian and English(he also spoke German). I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a relaxed holiday. However it might not be suitable for young children

My room with twin bed was modern, clean and comfortable. My room faced the street and had a small balcony. Entire bathroom floor would get wet when showering, which was a bit of a pain. Breakfast not included but there is a wonderful pasticceria, Cusimano, just down the street. Staff friendly and helpful with bus and train information, restaurant recommendations. Location a bit off the beaten track in a quiet neighborhood: a hefty walk down to the main beach area and shops, 15-20 minute walk to the train station but only 2 blocks to the bus stop to the free beach. Great value for the price. Highly recommend.

-we stayed during 5 days - the interaction with staff at Hotel Lupori was excelent -about the location, the indication of Matilde tower as a reference woud be interesting

Ciao il mio nome e Edgar Preti, e mi ha piacuto tantissimo de stare in questo albergo. Ma ho detto al manager che la prima raggione che io ho frequentato Viareggio e per vedere a Marcello Lippi. Ma sono stato sfortunato perche lui non c'era a viareggio. Nel futuro forse torno a viareggio e li trovo un altra volta. Tanti complimenti per questo posto. ciao tanti saluti preti

Everything was nice. The way to the free beach should be made by bus, what the owners not told me, dispite said, it is to far to walk and I should use the car. I found the bus myself. The owner recommended some good restaurants for the evening.
